WWE News: WWE Management Has Apparently Given Up On Bayley

Published

on

Bayley Stephanie

Did you think your week could get any worse? It is the new year after all, which means you are clearly needing to make this the worst week so all others can be better. We’re here to help, so we wanted to give you a dose of WWE news that you need to know. WWE has apparently given up on Bayley. You read our words correctly, “given up on Bayley.” As in, they don’t feel she has what it takes to be considered to type of female WWE Superstar they once thought she could be.

The news comes from The Wrestling Observer, whose radio show broke the report. Dave Meltzer said about Bayley:

“They have already given up on her. And they’ve given up on her a long long time ago. When they’re gonna protect Mickie James over you when Mickie James was brought in to be a filler to lose on the roster, that just tells you. The dice has been cast with her already.”

The silver lining here is that Bayley has not lost her job and WWE clearly feels there is some sort of talent there, or they would simply not let her be on TV at all. Plus, it isn’t as if Uncle Dave is right all of the time. Though his record is better than most. At the end of the day, the report makes us think about a few things, as it should you.

Is WWE Blaming Bayley For Their Booking Problems?

Think of it like this. Say you’re on the job as a construction worker. Each day your boss feels like he has some sort of use for you, so he puts you in the position to be a Supervisor. You do well, but then he starts to take over more of the build. Sadly, the company you’re all really working for is not happy with the build. He then blames you for the mistakes, yet you were just the man with a title while he, the boss, made the choices that led to the unhappy customer.

The WWE fans are not happy with the use of Bayley, but they are not mad at Bayley….they’re mad at the WWE. They know Bayley has been good the entire time and was perfect down in WWE NXT. The yellow brand used her well and she had great match after great match, with tremendous storylines. People even felt like she could be the female John Cena, or top female star, when she went to the main roster.

WWE even went as far as to have her end the PPV win streak of Charlotte Flair and become WWE RAW Women’s Champion. On top of this, she would go on to WrestleMania 33 and defend her title, only to lose it to Alexa Bliss.

Clearly It Is Bayley That Is At Fault, It Couldn’t Possibly Be Creative

She would drop her title to Alexa in one hell of a stupid storyline that had Bayley afraid to use a Kendo Stick in a match designed to use one. You read that right, Bayley was a afriad to use a stick in a match literally called a Kendo Stick match. Seriously.

That Bayley was the same Bayley that kicked Sasha Banks’ skull into the mat as she pulled on her arms to tap in order to win the first Ironwoman match in WWE history at NXT. That Bayley, who would go toe to toe with Asuka and Nia Jax to take shot after shot, only to return them in kind. That Bayley was afraid of a dang stick?!? From Alexa Bliss at that, the smallest woman in the WWE?

Apparently, it must be Bayley that’s the problem, right? Because none of the way she has been used on the main roster could possibly be a creative decision designed by inept writers with no clue how to do their job, only to ruin the product at large. The same types who give us other crazy storylines that have continued to bring ratings down year after year. Oh yes, it must not be them, it’s gotta be Bayley. But I digress.

Former WWE Star Reveals How Company Tests Wrestlers for an “Attitude Problem”

Published

on

A former WWE star took to social media to explain, in brief, how WWE evaluates its talent to determine whether they have an “attitude problem.” The post offered a glimpse into the company’s behind-the-scenes vetting process, suggesting that behavior and professionalism are actively monitored during a wrestler’s time with the promotion.

While the explanation was limited, the revelation underscores WWE’s focus on maintaining locker-room culture and managing talent dynamics. Fans and industry observers may read the post as further evidence that character and conduct behind the curtain can be as consequential as in-ring performance.

WWE Backlash Match Sparks “Clone War” Debate in Wrestling Community

Published

on

Wrestling fans and insiders are abuzz after a match at WWE Backlash was accused of “copycatting” a formula previously used by an independent wrestler, a situation some are calling a new “clone war” in the industry. The controversy highlights growing concerns about creative overlap between major promotions and the indie scene.

The debate raises questions about originality and recognition, with observers wondering whether mainstream companies should acknowledge or adapt indie ideas more transparently. As the story spreads, fans and performers alike are watching to see how promotions handle influence, credit, and creative borrowing moving forward.
