If you missed the big news last night, the UFC’s Conor McGregor is in big trouble after an incident at the Barclays Center. McGregor went ballistic in the arena’s parking garage, tossing a dolly through a bus windshield that contained a number of UFC staff and fighters alike (For the video, go HERE). McGregor was arrested and charged with assault for the incident which involved fellow fighter Alex Caceres and injured Michael Chiesa, as well as Ray Borg. All three have since been removed from tomorrow night’s UFC 223 card.

UFC President Dana White appeared on ESPN’s Get Up this morning and addressed the entire situation, which you can see highlights of below:

EA’s Take: I was in the camp that this was some kind of work initially, but it’s very clear now that’s not the case and Conor is in some serious trouble. Dana White also mentioned that McGregor will likely be slapped with a number of lawsuits and could come out of this as a convicted felon. I’ve seen a lot of people joke that WWE will be quick to swoop in on McGregor, but I think court proceedings are never quick and the stench of this is going to take some time to wear off.
