*WATCH* Former WWE Superstar Returns To Wrestling After Long Absence
Following a 13-year absence from the ring, former WWE Superstar Muhammad Hassan made his return to action. Hassan picked up the victory against ‘Greek God’ Papadon at Dynasty Wrestling’s ‘King Of Thrones’ event in Amsterdam, New York.
Muhammad’s been out of wrestling since his release from WWE in 2005 following a controversial angle on SmackDown involving The Undertaker and masked men in camouflage pants armed with piano wire and clubs. The London bombings took place three days later and while at the height of his notoriety, WWE was pressured by UPN (the home of SmackDown at the time) and fans. Hassan was then written off of television after taking a Last Ride from Undertaker at The Great American Bash 2005. He was sent back to developmental (Ohio Valley Wrestling) and then subsequently released in September of the same year.
EA’s Take: Good to see him getting back into the ring after such a long time, he looked to still be in good shape as he’s only 36 years old. Hassan will always be one of those “what if” Superstars for those that remember him. He was red hot as a heel and some have even claimed he was set for a massive push towards the World Heavyweight Championship. Being that he was only 23 at the time of his departure, it’s really a shame we never got to see what kind of a career he could have had.

Darby Allin survives Sammy Guevara in brutal Collision main event; Willow retains TBS Title
Darby Allin retained the AEW World Championship in a violent No Count-Out main event, pinning Sammy Guevara after absorbing ladder and table bumps and countering a 630 attempt before finishing with a Coffin Drop. Willow Nightingale also retained the TBS Championship over Red Velvet, The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Mark Briscoe, and Kyle O’Reilly) defeated Shane Taylor Promotions in a Trios Eliminator, Samoa Joe & Anthony Bowens picked up a win over Jay Lethal & Lee Johnson, and Divine Dominion dispatched Allie Katch & Kaia McKenna in under two minutes in their five-minute challenge.
The episode advanced several storylines heading into Double or Nothing: Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay delivered strong promos as Ospreay teased aligning with Moxley, Tommaso Ciampa and Mark Briscoe brawled backstage with a No DQ match set for Dynamite, and the Owen Hart Tournament seeded heated first-round clashes.
