All In News: Press Conference Highlights, Rey Mysterio To Appear & More
With tickets for the Cody and Young Bucks produced All In event in Chicago going on sale today at 4PM EST, a press conference for the show was held at the ProWrestlingTees store in the Windy City. There were a handful of notable news items that came from today’s press conference and below are some highlights:
- Bernard The Business Bear hyped the crowd after a video featuring Cody & The Young Bucks speaking about the self-funded event
- Jen Decker comes out with a couple of comments directed towards Vince McMahon (the fans in attendance were quite rowdy and even chanted “*$%# You Vince), then runs down all the Starrcast appearances and mentions CM Punk’s signing on August 31st at the ProWrestlingTees store
- Cody is out next to talk about the show and gets asked about Flip Gordon, which he doesn’t seem to appreciate (likely in-character). He also brings up CM Punk’s signing at the ProWrestlingTees store, as well as at Hot Topic, Cracker Barrell and Ring Of Honor
- Cody then introduces the NWA’s Billy Corgan, who announces that Cody will challenge for the NWA Championship at All In
- Tessa Blanchard is next to talk about the show
- Hangman Page & Marty Scurll are the next to appear and do a Q&A. They’re asked about Flip Gordon, then notice the question came from someone familiar who is revealed to be Flip himself. This leads to Scurll eating a superkick, but Page drives Flip through a table with a spinebuster, then they both get dragged away by Deonna Purazzo.
- The Young Bucks come out to close the press conference, announcing they will be the main event at All In. They speak about the price of tickets being inexpensive because they want to reach 10,000 in attendance, then end by announcing Rey Mysterio will also be appearing.

EA’s Take: I still say if they want to hit 10k, they need to do something more. The constant promotion of CM Punk’s signings only solidifies to me that he will be at All In and I still think that Greg DeMarco’s suggestion of Chris Jericho is also a good one. They need one big name and Mysterio is certainly a guy people know, I don’t know that is quite the push over the top they are looking for/need.

Former WWE Star Reveals How Company Tests Wrestlers for an “Attitude Problem”
A former WWE star took to social media to explain, in brief, how WWE evaluates its talent to determine whether they have an “attitude problem.” The post offered a glimpse into the company’s behind-the-scenes vetting process, suggesting that behavior and professionalism are actively monitored during a wrestler’s time with the promotion.
While the explanation was limited, the revelation underscores WWE’s focus on maintaining locker-room culture and managing talent dynamics. Fans and industry observers may read the post as further evidence that character and conduct behind the curtain can be as consequential as in-ring performance.

WWE Backlash Match Sparks “Clone War” Debate in Wrestling Community
Wrestling fans and insiders are abuzz after a match at WWE Backlash was accused of “copycatting” a formula previously used by an independent wrestler, a situation some are calling a new “clone war” in the industry. The controversy highlights growing concerns about creative overlap between major promotions and the indie scene.
The debate raises questions about originality and recognition, with observers wondering whether mainstream companies should acknowledge or adapt indie ideas more transparently. As the story spreads, fans and performers alike are watching to see how promotions handle influence, credit, and creative borrowing moving forward.
