Following last week’s highly unusual WWE Monday Night RAW and SmackDown Live viewership numbers (both on cable and YouTube), the results are in for last night’s final edition of RAW prior to Sunday’s Money In The Bank.

The cable viewership continues trending in the right direction for the second week in a row now, as RAW pulled in a 2.731, an 8.1% increase from last week’s 2.526 and two weeks after the second lowest number in the show’s history. The red brand also took home the 2-4 spots in the top 150 cable rankings, with the 9PM hour at #2, 10PM at #3 and 8PM at #4. The top ranked show in the top 150 was again Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, while Basketball Wives comes in at #5.

Here’s a look at the last four weeks of cable viewership for RAW:

• May 21st: 2.669
• May 28th: 2.495
• June 4th: 2.526
• June 11th: 2.731

EA’s Take: I felt that this week’s episode of RAW was much improved on last week, but I can’t say the numbers are an indication of that (mostly because last week’s SmackDown Live was much better than RAW, but drew worse numbers). I’ve harped on it for weeks now, but I still believe the interest in Money In The Bank has a lot to do with it, especially since the viewership has slowly increased the past couple of weeks as the event draws closer. The part I find interesting this week is the 8:00PM hour ranking behind 9:00PM and especially 10PM. That third hour of RAW is almost always the worst drawing of them all. I guess when 9PM starts with Roman Reigns it makes sense, but the third hour still doesn’t.
