With the big announcement by Stephanie McMahon this past Monday on RAW that the WWE will hold its first-ever all-women’s pay-per-view, Evolution, on October 28th from the Nassau Coliseum (read that story here), the question now is who we will see appear at the event.

As stated by Stephanie during the reveal, there will be over fifty women at the show from all brands including NXT and NXT UK. On top of that, WWE Hall Of Famers Trish Stratus and Lita are set to be at Evolution in some capacity and now today, another WWE Hall Of Famer has revealed she will also take part.

Via Twitter, Beth Phoenix posted the following:

Beth, who is the youngest person to be inducted to WWE’s Hall Of Fame, entered in the class of 2017 and then this January, made a surprise return to the ring in the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble Match. At this time, it’s not known how Beth will be used at Evolution as she also would respond to a fan with the same question on Twitter:

EA’s Take: I actually think it will be very interesting to see how WWE uses legends/Hall Of Famers such as Beth, Lita and Trish. Is Evolution going to be a pay-per-view all about the current roster? We’ve seen Lita and Beth both do color commentary before, so that’s certainly a possibility. I don’t think it would go over too well if they’re used poorly, for example some useless backstage segment just to make an appearance.
