Although she’s recently been seen in the pages of ESPN The Magazine’s annual body issue, the first WWE Superstar to ever do so, Charlotte Flair has not been seen on WWE television for a number of weeks now. Of course, ‘The Queen’ underwent surgery to repair a ruptured breast implant following Money In The Bank in June (find that story here), after reportedly working through it and repeatedly delaying the procedure.

Despite recently making some appearances, there have been no updates on the multiple time Women’s Champion outside of the hope she’ll be able to return for SummerSlam on August 19th. We did however, get somewhat of an update today as Charlotte took to Twitter with the following:

Charlotte would also post a clip of this video on Instagram Story with the caption, “3 weeks off and first day back…lower body only and felt so good to (sweat) thank you @team_nobackfat for the workout today”. She would also Tweet the following for an appearance on July 21st and 22nd:

The general recovery time for a breast implant removal (which lines up with the same as the procedure to fix a rupture) is three weeks without strenuous activity, which lines up perfectly with what Charlotte said today. As for being fully cleared, the most recent case of a similar surgery was that of Alexa Bliss in which she was out of action for roughly six weeks. Of course, these are just general estimates.
