Life away from the wrestling ring has certainly not been easy for former ECW and WWE Superstar Justin Credible, who has been quite outspoken and public about his history of drug and alcohol issues while working to get himself clean in recent years.

Unfortunately for Credible, real name PJ Polaco, he was arrested this past Tuesday and is currently incarcerated in at the New Haven Correctional Facility in New Haven, Connecticut. Polaco was placed under arrest for Felony Criminal Violation of a Protective Order and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and is currently being held on a $7,500 bond. While Polaco already has a court date scheduled for next March stemming from separate arrests in 2017 for Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct and Misdemeanor Threatening 2nd Degree on top of Felony Criminal Violation of a Protective Order, Misdemeanor Breach of Peace 2nd Degree and Misdemeanor Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, he is scheduled for a hearing for this most recent arrest on September 4th in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Polaco is most known for his time in ECW as Justin Credible where he was a one-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion and two-time ECW World Tag Team Champion alongside Lance Storm as The Impact Players. He also had multiple stints in WWE from 1994-1997 under a mask as Aldo Montoya, ‘The Portuguese Man O’ War’, then again from 2001-2003 most notably as a member of the faction X-Factor with X-Pac and Albert. He also made a brief return in 2006 when WWE relaunched ECW where he famously lost to CM Punk in Punk’s WWE debut.
