WWE News: RAW Live Event Results From Osaka, Japan (8/31/18)
After traveling to London, England for a Live Event Wednesday night (find results here), the Superstars of WWE’s Monday Night RAW continued their brief world tour today for a show in Osaka, Japan before heading to Shanghai, China tomorrow.
While the card was mostly the same from the London event, there were a couple of changes as NXT Women’s Champion Kairi Sane was also in action, while fellow Japanese Superstar Akira Tozawa got a shot at Cedric Alexander’s Cruiserweight Championship in a Triple Threat match, on top of Roman Reigns defending the Universal Title in the main event against Braun Strowman. Below are the results:
- Bobby Roode defeated Jinder Mahal, after the match Jinder issued an open challenge
- Bray Wyatt defeated Jinder Mahal
- Cruiserweight Title Triple Threat: Cedric Alexander retained over Akira Tozawa & Drew Gulak
- Bayley, Kairi Sane & Sasha Banks defeated The Riott Squad
- RAW Tag Title Triple Threat: The B-Team retained over The Revival & Titus Worldwide
- Bobby Lashley defeated Elias
- Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins defeated Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre
- Baron Corbin defeated Finn Balor, Finn initially won the match but Corbin changed it to No DQ
- RAW Women’s Title: Ronda Rousey retained over Alexa Bliss
- Universal Title: Roman Reigns retained over Braun Strowman by DQ
