WWE News: Supershow Live Event Results From Asheville, North Carolina (10/28/18)
With the WWE’s female Superstars all at the Nassau Coliseum in New York last night for Evolution, the male Superstars of the company weren’t left with nothing to do as they were on the road in Asheville, North Carolina for a dual-branded Supershow Live Event.
For fans that chose to attend the event, they got to see top Superstars from RAW and SmackDown Live as the card featured AJ Styles defending the WWE Title in a Triple Threat, Braun Strowman taking on Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre in a Handicap Match, plus the Cruiserweight and SmackDown Tag Team Titles on the line. Below are the results:
- Bobby Lashley defeated Zack Ryder
- The B-Team defeated The Revival
- SmackDown Tag Title Triple Threat: The Bar retained over Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson and The New Day
- Rusev defeated Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas
- Cruiserweight Title: Buddy Murphy retained over Cedric Alexander
- Elias comes out to perform, gets interrupted by Baron Corbin and leaves him laying with Drift Away
- Baron Corbin defeated Tyler Breeze
- Handicap Match: Braun Strowman defeated Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre
- Seth Rollins comes out for a promo and calls out Dean Ambrose, Ambrose hits the ring from behind and drops Seth
- WWE Title Triple Threat: AJ Styles retained over Jeff Hardy & Shinsuke Nakamura
