As we noted, Alexa Bliss finally returned to action this weekend for the first time since suffering an unspecified arm injury in her match against Ronda Rousey back at Hell In A Cell when she teamed with Mickie James to face Rousey and Nia Jax at Live Events in Portland, Maine on Friday, then Hartford, Connecticut on Saturday.

Last night, the RAW and SmackDown Live rosters came together for a Supershow at the TD Garden in Boston (find those results here), however Alexa did not appear as advertised. Instead, Tamina teamed with Mickie James in a loss to Rousey and Nia Jax.

While this is all just speculation right now, there are some saying Alexa may have been injured at Saturday’s show in Hartford, as it’s rumored she possibly suffered a broken nose at the hands of Rousey. On the most recent Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer would address the rumor:

“Alexa Biss was replaced by Tamina. It was supposed to be Ronda Rousey and Nia Jax against Alexa Bliss and Mickie James. I don’t know. I had heard stuff about Alexa being injured — that would have been at the Hartford show. I had asked people at the show and they didn’t see anything. So I don’t know if that’s the case. Hopefully, I’ll know more tomorrow as well.”

Of course, Bliss is scheduled to team with Mickie on Sunday at WWE’s first ever all women’s pay-per-view Evolution, as they take on Hall Of Famers Lita and Trish Stratus. The Chairshot will provide any updates on a possible injury to Alexa Bliss as they become available.

EA’s Take: Outside of the random tweet with someone looking for more info, I haven’t seen anything about Bliss being injured. No pictures, nothing. With that amount of people in one place, I’d imagine had Alexa broken her nose, more than a small handful of fans in attendance would have noticed or word would have spread. That’s my take, but at the same time we really have to wait and see, although we’ll likely have some indication on RAW tonight either way.
