NXT Takeover War Games: War Games Match
Results of the fifth match of WWE NXT Takeover War Games, Undisputed Era members Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, and NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong battled WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne, NXT North American Champion Ricochet, and War Raiders in WAR GAMES!
Check out Mitchell’s WWE NXT Takeover War Games Coverage!

Undisputed Era members Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish and Roderick Strong enter the two-ring, steel cage structure against Pete Dunne, Ricochet, and War Raiders members Rowe and Hansen in the closing match at WWE NXT Takeover War Games!
- Adam Cole would be the first entrant into War Games, as the announcers quoted Arn Anderson talking about the importance of the order of entry. Really it was because he needed the platform to go “Adam Cole BAY BAY!”
- NXT North American Champion Ricochet would be the second entrant into War Games, and would spend 5-minutes inside the rings with Cole.
- Kyle O’Reilly entered War Games third, giving Undisputed Era the advantage for three minutes.
- The fourth entrant into War Games was Hanson, who jumped in front of Pete Dunne. Hanson evened the odds for Ricochet, who was taking a beating from the former Future Shock.
- Roderick Strong, who teamed with Raw Tag Team Champions The AOP in last year’s War Games, was the fifth entrant into War Games, giving the Undisputed Era the 3-minute advantage once again.
- Rowe entered War Games sixth, once again keeping Dunne in the shark cage.
- During this segment of War Games, the babyfaces isolated Adam Cole and did as much damage as possible before Bobby Fish entered the match.
- Bobby Fish was the seventh entrant into War Games, once again giving Undisputed Era the advantage for a final three minutes. Before heading to the ring, Fish attacked Pete Dunne, locking him into the shark cage and keeping the key.
- Fish brought four Undisputed Era labeled chairs with him into the ring.
- Pete Dunne was able to enter the match thanks to a set of bolt cutters, but didn’t enter until after filling the ring with plunder (including multiple tables).
- Once Pete Dunne entered, The Match Beyond began (I don’t care what the announcers said!).
- Dunne was able to survive a double submission move from O’Reilly and Strong (the NXT Tag Team Champions) as Ricochet broke through Cole and Fish to make the save.
- After one of the most creative Tower Of Doom spots I’ve ever seen, Ricochet hit a double-rotation Moonsault off of the top of the cage onto the seven other competitors.
- In one of the most well-done War Games things I’ve ever seen, both teams lined up at opposite sides of the cage, marching towards each other as if they were “marching into battle,” meeting between the two rings to pair off and trade blows.
- Pete Dunne connected with the Bitter End on Adam Cole, followed by a 450 Splash from Ricochet, and both men draped their arms over Cole for the three count and win for the babyface team.

Former WWE Star Reveals How Company Tests Wrestlers for an “Attitude Problem”
A former WWE star took to social media to explain, in brief, how WWE evaluates its talent to determine whether they have an “attitude problem.” The post offered a glimpse into the company’s behind-the-scenes vetting process, suggesting that behavior and professionalism are actively monitored during a wrestler’s time with the promotion.
While the explanation was limited, the revelation underscores WWE’s focus on maintaining locker-room culture and managing talent dynamics. Fans and industry observers may read the post as further evidence that character and conduct behind the curtain can be as consequential as in-ring performance.

WWE Backlash Match Sparks “Clone War” Debate in Wrestling Community
Wrestling fans and insiders are abuzz after a match at WWE Backlash was accused of “copycatting” a formula previously used by an independent wrestler, a situation some are calling a new “clone war” in the industry. The controversy highlights growing concerns about creative overlap between major promotions and the indie scene.
The debate raises questions about originality and recognition, with observers wondering whether mainstream companies should acknowledge or adapt indie ideas more transparently. As the story spreads, fans and performers alike are watching to see how promotions handle influence, credit, and creative borrowing moving forward.
