The first ever Women’s Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match has been added to TLC!

Tonight’s WWE SmackDown Live opened up with a bang (follow along with Mitchell’s Live Report), as SmackDown General Manager Paige was in the ring to welcome back SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. ‘The Man’ would speak about Charlotte Flair’s match against Ronda Rousey last Sunday at Survivor Series, calling out ‘The Queen’.

Charlotte would step into the ring and it didn’t take long for the conversation to turn into a challenge, as Paige would have to calm them both down before things got out of hand. It was clear that things were far from settled between the former friends and the SmackDown GM would announce that Charlotte would get another shot at the title, this time in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match at TLC, a first for the WWE’s women. However, a little wrinkle was added to the mix.

Some of Paige’s words about the rest of the SmackDown Women’s Division would draw everybody from Mandy Rose to The IIconics, Naomi, Asuka and the rest to the stage. With the GM being put on the spot once again, Paige would make a Battle Royal for tonight and the winner will be added to the SmackDown Women’s Championship Match at TLC.
