WWE News: Two More Matches Now Official For TLC
Two more matches have officially been added to next month’s WWE TLC!
With this week’s episodes of RAW and SmackDown Live passing us by and only one new match being added for WWE’s TLC pay-per-view, that left us with only five announced matches with just over two weeks remaining before the event.
As we learned on the blue brand Tuesday night, SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will defend against Charlotte Flair and Asuka in the company’s first-ever Women’s Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match. Meanwhile on RAW, there were no new developments pertaining to the lineup, however there was news regarding WWE’s plans for Braun Strowman should he not be able to make his match against Baron Corbin (find more on that here).
Today, WWE looks to have taken another step towards making that a possibility, announcing two more matches for TLC as Finn Balor will go one-on-one with Drew McIntyre. On top of that, Elias will do battle with Bobby Lashley:

Here’s a look at the updated TLC card, coming your way live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network on Sunday, December 16th at 7PM EST:
Tables, Ladders & Chairs for the SmackDown Women’s Championship
(C) Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka
WWE Championship
(C) Daniel Bryan vs. AJ Styles
Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match
If Braun Wins, He Gets Universal Title Shot At Royal Rumble
If Baron Wins, He Becomes Permanent RAW General Manager
Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin
Intercontinental Championship
(C) Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose
RAW Women’s Championship
(C) Ronda Rousey vs. Nia Jax
Finn Balor vs. Drew McIntyre
Elias vs. Bobby Lashley
EA’s Take: I think some will take this as an indication that Braun’s match isn’t going to be altered, but more on the other side of the coin. It’s been a couple of weeks now that there’s been issues between Balor and Drew, as well as Lashley and Elias. By making these matches “official”, really doesn’t mean they can’t all be morphed into the one match should it be needed.

Former WWE Star Reveals How Company Tests Wrestlers for an “Attitude Problem”
A former WWE star took to social media to explain, in brief, how WWE evaluates its talent to determine whether they have an “attitude problem.” The post offered a glimpse into the company’s behind-the-scenes vetting process, suggesting that behavior and professionalism are actively monitored during a wrestler’s time with the promotion.
While the explanation was limited, the revelation underscores WWE’s focus on maintaining locker-room culture and managing talent dynamics. Fans and industry observers may read the post as further evidence that character and conduct behind the curtain can be as consequential as in-ring performance.

WWE Backlash Match Sparks “Clone War” Debate in Wrestling Community
Wrestling fans and insiders are abuzz after a match at WWE Backlash was accused of “copycatting” a formula previously used by an independent wrestler, a situation some are calling a new “clone war” in the industry. The controversy highlights growing concerns about creative overlap between major promotions and the indie scene.
The debate raises questions about originality and recognition, with observers wondering whether mainstream companies should acknowledge or adapt indie ideas more transparently. As the story spreads, fans and performers alike are watching to see how promotions handle influence, credit, and creative borrowing moving forward.
