One of NXT’s tag teams has reportedly been broken apart!

There is certainly no shortage of talent for any wrestling promotion these days, especially the WWE, as the entire industry is healthier than it has been years.

The amount of talent continuously coming into the WWE via the Performance Center has made just about anybody disposable to a certain degree and if you’re a Superstar who’s unhappy with your position, there are other places you can go work as well. Today, fans may have noticed something interesting when it comes to WWE’s website, more specifically pertaining to the NXT roster.

One-half of The Mighty alongside Shane Thorne, NXT Superstar Nick Miller’s WWE.com profile was removed today and can no longer be found via search. While this seems like just a minor mistake, according to one source that is not actually the case. Casey Michael of Squared Circle Sirens is reporting that along with Chinese recruit Taishan Dong, Miller is no longer with the company after being granted his release:

Taishan Dong quit.

At this time it’s not certain when Nick Miller’s release would have taken place, however it was noted by Casey that Miller was cut “a while ago”. It should be noted that his now-former tag partner Shane Thorne’s profile is still listed on WWE.com and last Saturday he competed at an NXT Live Event in Venice, Florida in singles competition (find results here). While it was not indicated if Miller accompanied Thorne on that night, the two were together last Thursday in Dade City as Thorne was once again in singles action (check those out here).
