Once friends, now bitter enemies, a tale as old as pro-wrestling. #LEGIT Leyla and the Galaxy’s Greatest Alien are done with words and backstage brawls, it’s time to have it out in the ring! They both say the other was a bad friend, so how far will these two go to prove they were always the better wrestler?
The bell rings and fans rally up as the two stare down. Leyla rushes in but gets run over! Leyla gets up to try again but Kris scoops her for a tilt-o-whirl BACKBREAKER! Kris stays put as Leyla gets back up. Fans are rallying behind “Statlander! Statlander!” and Leyla rushes into a headlock takeover. Leyla fights up, powers out but Kris whips her. Things speed up, Kris handsprings but Leyla PENALTY KICKS the arm! Leyla WRINGS that arm out, then CLUBS Kris from behind. Leyla stomps Kris at the ropes, the ref counts but Leyla lets off. Leyla’s fans cheer her own while Kris flops out of the ring.
Leyla SMACKS Kris off steel steps, then puts Kris’ bad arm in between steps and post! Leyla dropkicks the steps and smashes the arm! Leyla smirks and puts Kris back in, then taunts her. “How’d that feel, you stupid alien!?” Leyla wraps the bad arm around ropes to kick away on it! The ref counts, Leyla lets off at 4 to run, but Kris POWERSLAMS her down! Cover, TWO! Fans rally and duel as Kris drags Leyla to a drop zone. Kris goes up the corner, but Leyla hits the ropes to trip her up! Leyla CLUBS Kris into the Tree of Woe, and she throws knees into Kris’ back! Leyla stomps a mudhole into Kris, then pulls on the arm!
The ref counts, Leyla lets go at 4 to CHOP Kris! Leyla then runs side to side to dropkick the bad arm! Fans rally and duel but Leyla stomps Kris. Kris grits her teeth, Leyla pie faces her, but Kris throws haymakers and CHOPS! Leyla gets around, trips Kris up, ARMBAR! Kris hurries to clasp hands, and she stacks Leyla up for a cover, TWO! Leyla knees low, runs, but springboards into Kris’ arms! Kris SLAMS Leyla down, then sits her up for a body scissor squeeze! Leyla endures, throws back elbows but Kris CLUBS Leyla back. Kris keeps on the squeeze but Leyla works to break the hold. Kris SLAPS Leyla around, so Leyla ROCKS Kris with the elbow!
Leyla rains down elbows but Kris gets away. They get up and they’re throwing wild! Kris ROCKS Leyla, Leyla ROCKS Kris! Kris ROCKS Leyla, Leyla ROCKS Kris! Fans fire up as the forearms keep flying! Leyla gets the edge, shoves, but Kris ducks to fires off and BACKBREAKER! Fans fire up, Kris rallies with lariats and elbows! Leyla gets under the boot to get the leg, and she spins Kris, but Kris ROUNDHOUSES through! BLUE THUNDER BOMB! Cover, TWO! Kris fires up while Leyla is down. Fans rally up as Leyla gets to a corner. Kris runs in, BIG EuroUpper! Kris goes side to side to KNEE Leyla down!
Leyla gets to the apron and Kris goes out after her. Leyla stands, but she blocks the boot to trip Kris up! But then Kris blocks the knee to UPPERCUT! Kris gut wrenches, tucks Leyla in, but Leyla rolls through! They both get up on the edge, Leyla ENZIGURIS the arm! Leyla then goes up to RANA Kris to the floor! Leyla gets herself in the ring while fans lose their minds! The ring count climbs, Kris stands at 5 of 10 and gets in at 6. Leyla runs in, to KNEE Kris down! RIPCORD SAIDO! GERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO!! Leyla holds onto the waistlock, to flip Kris over and get the LEGIT ARMBAR!!
Kris endures, reaches out, crawls over, ROPEBREAK! The ref counts, Leyla lets off at 4. Kris crawls to a corner, Leyla runs in to KICK the bad arm! Leyla fires forearms, sweeps the legs and rolls to run in, DOUBLE KNEES! But Kris puts Leyla on the apron! Kris ROCKS Leyla, goes up the corner and drags Leyla up to join her. Kris CLUBS Leyla, but Leyla throws body shots in return. Leyla ROCKS Kris and she hops down. Leyla drags Kris up with a HANGING SLEEPER! But Kris powers through that to Electric Chair Lift! Kris goes up the corner, to SUPER ELECTRIC CHAIR SLAM! But she’s not done, she fisherman FALCON’S ARROW! Cover, TWO!!
Leyla survives but Kris can’t believe it! Leyla bails out while fans are all fired up! Wait, Leyla gets a spare crossbar! Kris reaches out and gets CRACKED with the bar!! Leyla hurries up the corner, LEGIT MOONSAULT! Cover, Leyla wins!

Well, that wasn’t exactly legit! Leyla had help from a little friend hiding under the ring. Will Leyla use whatever she has to in order to continue towards the top?
Wait, Red Velvet rushes out. Velvet was the mutual friend between these two, but she’s clearly siding with Kris over this one. Will the Chef have to be the one to set Leyla right?
Tony Schiavone goes to the ring.
He says tonight, we have a very special guest. Let’s bring that man out right now! Wait, the music and the tron! Kenny Omega?! Nope. Just Don Callis. Callis of course represents The Cleaner in all things as his adviser, but he completely trolled everyone using Omega’s theme song. Callis says, “What? Were you expecting somebody else?” DUH! But sorry, we don’t get Omega tonight. Tonight, we will listen to Callis! Fans tell him to STFU. Callis doesn’t know why the fans are complaining, he and Omega gave us the best world title run in the history of this business!
Multiple title matches, multiple match of the year candidates, multiple five star matches! And all while Omega had catastrophic injuries! And Callis blames the FANS for that! They couldn’t get enough Omega! “One more five-star match, please! One more world title, Kenny!” The fans sucked the life outta Omega! And Callis was thinking of having Omega here, but when he saw what was on the card, he said no! He couldn’t stand the level of violence on this card! A ladder match, Moxley VS Danielson ripping each other’s heads off, and a dog collar match! But it’ll be a great night for The Elite, as Callis expects the Young Bucks to win those AEW World Tag Team titles!
And even Adam Cole has been doing a great job for Kenny. In fact, he’s even created a group within the group. Some might call it a sleeper cell or something, who knows. But we all understand that if Omega were here, HE would be winning the world title in the main event. But since Omega isn’t here, Callis is very confident Adam Cole will be your NEW AEW World Champion! And Callis thinks that’s great! Adam Cole will be a fantastic transitional champion, up until the second Omega walks back through those doors and takes his place as the AEW World Champion! Because as we know, there is only one diamond in this business, and his name is Kenny BAH GAWD Omega.
Callis has stated his opinion and his prediction, but will the Best Bout Machine be able to fulfill everything Callis promised?
The Buy In – Hook VS QT Marshall!
Team Taz’s Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil does things his way, and The Factory doesn’t like that. Speaking of, The Factory walks with QT as he has a mic. “If there’s one thing I’ve learned over my successful career, it’s that when you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.” Fans chant for Hook already, and QT says as much as he doesn’t want to have do this, as “that sensation” is one of QT’s prized students, QT is going to teach Hook what being cold-hearted is really all about. Big words, but will QT be able to back them up?
The bell rings and fans fire up even more for Hook. QT is annoyed, he ties up with Hook and Hook gets around to get a leg and trip QT. Fans cheer as Hook stares QT down. QT gets up, fans sing, “Hook is gonna kill~ you~!” QT points his finger at Hook, Hook grabs the arm for a morote sayanagi! And then Hook hooks QT up in a modified STF! QT gets the ropebreak and the ref counts, Hook lets off at 4. Hook storms over but QT puts him in the corner! Hook turns things right back around to fire off heavy hands, and a headbutt! QT kicks low, fans boo, but QT whips. Hook reverses and reels QT in, T-BONE SUPLEX!
QT gets up, Hook LARIATS QT outta the ring! Fans fire up for Hook and QT dares Hook to come out after him. Hook doesn’t budge. QT gets on the apron and in the ring to pie face Hook! Hook chases after QT at the ropes, but QT cheap shots Hook! QT throws Hook out and then goes out the side. Fans rally behind Hook as QT runs in, Hook catches Boot into SHOULDER CAPTURE SUPLEX! QT writhes, Hook gets him up and into the ring. Hook stalks QT to a corner but QT YANKS him into buckles! QT storms in to stomp Hook down. Fans chant, “QT SUCKS!” but he suplexes Hook high and hard!
QT goes to the corner, then runs out to drop a BIG elbow! Cover, ONE!! QT is frustrated and he drags Hook up. Fans rally, Hook slips out of the scoop but QT elbows him. Hook ducks under, NORTHERN LIGHTS! Bridging cover, TWO!! QT escapes but Hook knees him low. QT rakes Hook’s eyes! Fans boo but QT hauls Hook up to back suplex! QT then goes to the corner and climbs up. QT stands but Hook hits ropes to trip QT up! Hook clinches, EL CAMINO PLEX! Hook waistlocks, QT holds ropes then elbows Hook away! QT shouts out DDP but Hook denies Diamond Cutter! QT ducks the clothesline, goes up but Hook stays back. REDRUM!!
Fans are thunderous as Hook gets the body scissor! QT taps, Hook wins!!

Buddy Matthews, Brody King & Malakai Black thought they crushed Death Triangle, but they’ve only come back even stronger! Will the Bastard, #CeroMiedo and the Dreadbeard tear down the House? Or will the House always win?
The trios sort out and Malakai BOOTS Pac at the bell! Pac gets up to throw forearms with Malakai, but Malakai kicks and runs. Pac dodges to BOOT Malakai! Malakai gets right up and the two stare down. Fans fire up and Buddy holds out a hand. Malakai tags him, and Pac tags Penta! Penta and Buddy stare down as fans rally up. Fans chant it, so Penta tells Buddy, “CERO! MIEDO!” Buddy takes those fingers and bends them! Penta laughs as he CHOPS back! Buddy doesn’t flinch, but Penta bobs ‘n’ weaves. Penta headlocks, Buddy powers out but Penta ducks and dodges to RANA! Buddy slides out, Penta fires up, but he fakes Buddy out, and the two come face to face!
Fans fire up as Penta says it again, “CERO! MIEDO!” Buddy blocks the superkick, rolls Penta, TWO! Penta blocks, rolls Buddy, TWO! Buddy runs into a sweep, Penta covers, ONE! Penta runs into a sweep, Buddy covers, ONE! They both handspring up and stare down and the fans fire up! Buddy backs away, Brody tags in! Fans fire up for it, so Penta tags in Erick! Erick and Brody rush in and RAM shoulders over and over and over! They’re not backing down! They’re speeding up! They go around, stop to catch their breath, and they throw forearms back and forth! Fans are fired up, the rest of the House goes after Death Triangle!
Malakai ROUNDHOUSES Penta while Buddy is after Pac! Erick fires off on Brody then runs, but Brody follows and dodges, but Erick DROPKICKS him out! Then WRECKS Brody with another dropkick! Erick goes out, he runs and CLOBBERS Buddy and Malakai! Then he comes back to CROSSBODY Brody! Fans fire up with Erick! Erick puts Brody in the ring, tag to Penta. Fans rally and Penta brings Brody up but Brody ROCKS and whips Penta to the House’s corner. Brody DECKS Erick, then runs in to CANNONBALL onto Penta! Tag to Malakai, he drags Penta out to a cover, TWO!
Malakai drags Penta up, whips him to ropes and CLOBBERS him! Cover, TWO! Malakai drags Penta up, wrenches, and tags in Buddy. They mug Penta, Buddy stomps Penta then brings him up to JAB him to the corner. Buddy runs in but Penta kicks him away. Penta hits Brody and Malakai, then runs at Buddy. Buddy throws Penta back, so Penta goes under! Buddy has the leg, but Penta ENZIGURIS! Hot tag to Pac! Pac shoulders into Buddy, slingshots up and over and comes back to sobat, front kick and sobat again! Basement dropkick! Fans fire up and Pac runs in to uppercut Buddy down! Pac then goes up, but Malakai rushes over!
Pac hops down to kick Malakai away. Pac slingshots, but into Buddy’s DRAPING DDT! Both men are down, Buddy crawls over, tag to Brody. Brody drags Pac up, ROCKS Pac with a right then CHOPS him in the corner! Fans are stinging from that shot! Brody ROCKS Pac again, stands him back up and CHOPS him again! Tag to Malakai, they mug Pac, and Malakai snap suplexes. Cover, ONE, but he drags Pac up with a double wristlock. Malakai hits a takedown, headscissors Pac’s head, and fans rally up as Pac gets the ropebreak. But Buddy distracts the ref so the ref misses it! Malakai drags Pac from the ropes to get away with it.
Fans rally, Pac endures and fights around, and now the ref sees him get the ROPEBREAK! Malakai lets off, brings Pac up, snapmare and knee drop! Cover, TWO! Malakai drags Pac up, KICKS him to the House’s corner, and tags in Buddy. Buddy drags Pac up, ROCKS him with a right, and then snapmares him to KICK him in the back! Cover, TWO! Buddy wraps on a chinlock and squeezes tight. Pac is already red but he fights up as fans rally. Buddy brings Pac to the corner, Malakai tags in and they mug Pac again. Malakai KICKS Pac, tags Buddy back in, but Pac fights them off! Buddy knees low, he and Malakai double back suplex, but Pac slips out!
The House tries to get him again, but Pac elbows both Buddy and Malakai away! Hot tag to Penta! Penta goes up to DOUBLE CROSSBODY! Penta also DECKS Brody! Penta CHOPS Buddy, CHOPS Malakai, but Buddy whips Penta to the corner. Penta goes up and over, BACKSTABBER! Penta dodges Malakai to SLINGBLADE! SLINGBLADE for Buddy! Wheelbarrow and roll, DESTROYER for Buddy!! And then SUPERKICK for Malakai! Cover, TWO!! Buddy survives and Penta can’t believe it! “This is Awesome!” as Penta drags Buddy away from the House. Penta reels Buddy in, “CERO! MIEDO!” But Buddy trips Penta!
Buddy catapults Penta, but Erick tags in! Buddy turns around to see Erick there, and Erick ROCKS him, then throws him down! Slingshot senton! Erick gets Buddy up but Buddy slips out. Malakai tags, Erick clotheslines Buddy out! Malakai BOOTS and KICKS and KICKS! Erick blocks, spins Malakai and scoop shim, to then suplex CUTTER! Cover, Brody breaks it! Buddy also gets back in, but Erick grabs Buddy with both hands. Buddy uses both his hands to go after Erick’s eyes! They end up in the corner, Pac tags in, Erick shoves Buddy away. Erick boots but Malakai blocks to JUMP KNEE! Pac springboards to missile dropkick!
Buddy is up top, he METEORAS Pac down! Penta SUPERKICKS Buddy! Penta then dodges Malakai to springboard, into a BOOT! But Pac rolls Malakai up, TWO! Pac ducks the kick, hops up, POISON-RANA for Malakai! Brody tags in to DISCUS Pac! Erick ROCKS Brody with a forearm but Brody comes back with his own! The behemoths brawl again and fans fire up! Brody gets the edge, then HEADBUTTS! Erick stays up but Brody runs, into a BOOT! Brody stays up, Erick runs in but Brody dodges to LARIAT! Erick stays up!? to HEEL KICK! Brody staggers, comes back to LARIAT! Erick rebounds into a fireman’s carry! DEATH VALLEY DRIVER!
Fans are thunderous as Penta tags in! Brody still wants after Erick, but Erick headbutts low! Erick runs but is thrown out! Brody builds speed to DIVE!! Direct hit and the giants go down! Malakai and Buddy crawl after Pac and Penta. They all meet at the center of the ring, and they start throwing hands! Fans fire up as the brawling goes back and forth! Buddy kicks, Penta sends it into Malakai! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS for Buddy! Malakai runs into a SNAP GERMAN! Penta goes out while Pac FLIES onto Buddy! Penta brings Malakai up while Erick whips Brody hard into railing! Penta catches Malakai to pump handle, but Malakai fights free!
Malakai KNEES Penta, but Penta POSTS Malakai! SUPERKICK, then Penta reels Malakai in! Fans fire up, “CERO! MIEDO!” APRON FEAR FACTOR!!! Penta puts Malakai back in and covers, but wait, Malakai isn’t legal!? Buddy has Penta’s arms, SURFBOARD CURB STOMP!! Cover, Pac breaks it!! Pac has Buddy, but Malakai gives him BLACK MASS!! Erick returns and he stalks Malakai and Buddy. Buddy tags Malakai, but they realize who is standing there. Penta tags and Erick stares the two House members down. Erick ROCKS Malakai, puts Buddy in a corner but Buddy elbows and BOOTS him! Buddy goes up, leaps, into a choke grip!
Erick nods his head, but Malakai gives him BLACK MASS!! Erick ends up on the ropes but he drags himself up! Malakai can’t believe what he’s seeing! Malakai and Buddy both rush in, but into choke grips! Buddy gets free and gets in the ref’s way, Malakai MISTS Erick!! Buddy JUMPING KNEES Erick, and Brody returns to scoop Erick for a PILEDRIVER! Cover, the House of Black wins!!

Le Champion has Orlando singing Judas for him, because as far as he’s concerned, he’s THE BIG GUY in AEW! Will he prove Kingston is always going to be a big time loser? Or will the Mad King finally win the big one?
The bell rings and these two tie up! Kingston gets around, HALF ‘N’ HALF right away! The fans are thunderous for “EDDIE! EDDIE!” while Jericho clutches his head. Kingston goes after Jericho but Jericho holds ropes. Kingston lets off, Jericho staggers and bails out of the ring. Kingston goes after Jericho, and fish hooks his mouth! Kingston smacks Jericho off the apron and puts him in the ring. Kingston gets Jericho up, turns him, NECKBREAKER! Cover, ONE! Kingston grinds Jericho with a chinlock, covers, ONE! Kingston throws headbutts to put Jericho in a corner. Then Kingston JABS, CHOPS, repeat!
Jericho knees back and pokes Kingston in the eye! Kingston bails out now but Jericho goes out and DECKS him! Jericho drags Kingston up and smacks Kingston off railing! Fans fire up, Kingston CHOPS back! Jericho ROCKS Kingston with a haymaker, puts Kingston in the corner, and he throws down hands! Jericho lets off as fans rally for Eddie, and Jericho flips off the fans! Kingston eggs Jericho on, so Jericho JABS him in the eye! Jericho throws knees, Kingston staggers but he ENZIGURIS! Jericho fires up and Kingston CHOPS! Jericho CHOPS, but Kingston brings down the straps!
Kingston CHOPS, Jericho CHOPS, repeat! Fans fire up for every CHOP, and Kingston grimaces for a moment. Jericho CHOPS again, but Kingston fires up to CHOP and CHOP and CHOP! Kingston has Jericho in the corner for the MACHINE GUN CHOPS! The ref counts, Kingston lets off, but Jericho pokes the eye! Kingston pokes Jericho’s eye back! Kinston hits a DDT! Cover, TWO! Fans are fired up as Kingston checks his eye. Kingston tells the ref he’s fine, and he brings Jericho up to JAB! And CHOP! “I’m gonna hurt you!” Kingston BITES Jericho’s ear! Kingston whips Jericho, Jericho reverses then clotheslines from behind!
Jericho clotheslines point blank over and over and over! But Kingston just gets pissed! So Jericho pokes him in the eye again! Jericho puts Kingston up top, and CHOPS him! And then JABS Kingston in the eye again! Jericho climbs up, Kingston BITES him on the forehead! Jericho BOPS Kingston in the eye again! Jericho climbs up to rain down fists! He gets all 10, then SUPER STEINERS! Fans are thunderous and Jericho covers, TWO! Kingston is still in this but Jericho stomps him down. Fans chant “Y2J!” but Jericho flips them off for that, too. Jericho rips a buckle pad right off, but the ref reprimands.
Jericho drags Kingston up, but Kingston blocks the punch to hit the EXPLODER! Jericho flounders to ropes as fans fire up for “EDDIE! EDDIE!” again. Kingston gets up, staggers over and joins Jericho on the apron. Jericho fights the exploder this time, throws some knees, then snap suplexes Kingston to the floor! It was double-edged and fans lose their minds! Jericho gets up as the ring count starts. “This is Awesome!” as Jericho hobbles over. Jericho drags Kingston up, puts him in, then slowly gets in. He ducks the Uraken, to GERMAN SUPLEX! Kingston sits up in a daze, but Jericho drags him up, for another GERMAN SUPLEX!
Jericho grins and he drags Kingston back up. Jericho CLUBS Kingston, but Kingston fights the waistlock! Kingston throws elbows, runs, but Jericho gets around, GERMAN SUPLEX! LIONSAULT!! Cover, TWO!! Kingston survives and fans are thunderous again! Both men slowly rise as fans rally and duel. Jericho drags himself up the ropes and then stalks Kingston. Jericho brings Kingston up, throws forearms then whips Kingston to the corner, but Kingston comes back to LARIAT! Kingston staggers about, gets over to Jericho and drags him back up. Kingston whips, kitchen sink turns into roll up! ONE, WALLS OF JERICHO!!
Kingston endures as the fans go nuts! Kingston crawls, claws, reaches out, ROPEBREAK! Jericho holds until the ref counts 4, and he raises his hands like he won. Fans are torn while Jericho rests against ropes. Jericho realizes he didn’t win so he gets mad at the ref. The ref pushes Jericho back, not taking any of his attitude! Jericho drags Kingston up, but into the SAIDO! Kingston fires up, drags Jericho back up, another SAIDO! Kingston loads up, URAKEN!! Cover, TWO?!? Jericho survives and no one can believe it! Kingston checks with the ref but no, that was two. Kingston gets up, fires up, and he brings Jericho up.
Kingston scoops but the back gives out! CODE BREAKER! Cover, TWO!?! Jericho is furious but he rains down haymakers and tells Kingston to just stay down! Jericho SLAPS Kingston around, then drags him back up. GERMAN SUPLEX! But Kingston’s right back up!! But he runs into CODE BREAKER!! Jericho won’t cover, he goes to a corner! Jericho wants Kingston to get up as he prepares the elbow. Kingston crawls, Jericho stalks him, JUDAS E- NO! Kingston ducks, Jericho elbows the bare buckle! URAKEN!! And another URAKEN! STRETCH PLUM!! Jericho endures but he’s caught! Fans are going nuts as Kingston TWISTS! JERICHO TAPS, KINGSTON WINS!!

This kind of Triple Threat, only two teams are legal. JB steps up against Kyle, and Fish starts taunting the champs that they’re not safe anywhere in the ring. JB looks at the Bucks as he circles with Kyle. They feel things out, Kyle kicks a leg and JB goes to a corner. Fans chant for “ALL THESE GUYS! ALL THESE GUYS!” as Kyle gets a headlock. Kyle grinds JB down, but JB fights up and powers out. Kyle runs JB over, things speed up and Kyle BOOTS JB! Kyle then runs, JB hurdles and monkey flips him! JB arm-drags Kyle, Fish gets in but backs down as JB rushes him. JB turns around and Kyle KICKS his leg!
Kyle KNEES JB’s arm, wrenches the arm but JB fights off the elbow breaker while Fish and Luchasaurus banter. JB knuckle locks, CHOPS and KICKS, then goes up and up and rebounds, but Kyle drops down on the arm-drag for an ARMBAR! JB gets the ROPEBREAK, so Kyle stomps him and tags in Fish. reDRagon gets JB up to double wrench and double ELBOW BREAKER! They double whip, for DOUBLE KICKS! Fish brings JB around, wrenches again, then tags Matt Jackson. Matt goes up to drop ax handles on JB! Tag to Nick, the Bucks double whip JB to double hip toss, but JB arm-drags Matt away!
JB knuckle locks and CHOPS Nick, then goes up and up to add another jump to his rebound arm-drag! Then he dropkicks Nick down and kips up to show off! Fans fire up as JB stares down reDRagon. JB tags Luchasaurus in, whips Nick, Matt tags in before Luchasaurus CHOPS Nick down! Matt runs in but Luchasaurus whips him away. Fish tags in before Luchasaurus CHOPS Matt down! Fish gets around Luchasaurus but still gets a CHOP! Kyle BOOTS, but runs into a CHOP! Nick springboards in, but into a choke grip! Luchasaurus aims for outside the ring, but reDRagon saves Nick from the slam!
Fish asks, “What is happening?!” as reDRagon and the Bucks regroup. Luchasaurus builds speed, but they all get away. But JB FLIES and takes them all out! Matt is furious as JB drags Fish up and into the ring. Luchasaurus coordinates with JB but Fish fights back. Luchasaurus CLUBS Fish, tags JB, and then Luchasaurus scoops. Fish slips off to ROCK JB! Fish dodges Luchasaurus, then dumps him out! Fish tags Matt, Matt tags Nick. The Bucks mug JB, double whip him corner to corner, but JB goes up and up and then dodges Nick, only for Matt to SUPERKICK the legs out! JB is stuck in the ropes, Matt holds him out as Nick goes up, DRAPING SWANTON!
The Bucks keep moving, Matt WRECKS Luchasaurus with a dropkick! Luchasaurus gets up but Kyle hits a FLYING KNEE! The Bucks and reDRagon all stomp away on Luchasaurus! Fans boo but Nick gets back in because of the ring count. Nick does his best Macho Man strut, then brings JB over to bump off buckles. Tag to Matt, the Bucks hit the GUTBUSTER to NECKBREAKER BACKBREAKER! Cover, but Kyle breaks it! Matt asks what the hell but Kyle says they have a deal about settling this between them. Matt tags Kyle, and then Kyle tags Fish. reDRagon whips JB to the corner, Fish whips Kyle in for a forearm smash, then adds a KNEE!
Kyle hits a RUNNING KICK then feeds JB to Fish’s tilt-o-whirl BACKBREAKER! Kyle goes up to add a KNEE DROP! Cover, but then Nick breaks it. It’s the deal, remember?! Kyle pretends he forgot, and he wrenches JB. Kyle thinks about tagging the Bucks, but then tags Fish! reDRagon mugs JB, but JB slips out of the double back suplex! JB elbows Fish, throws Kyle out, but Nick tags in off Fish! Matt gets Fish out of the ring and Nick tags Matt. Nick runs into JB’s BOOT! JB elbows Matt, then hops over Matt, only for Nick to shove him! Kyle drags JB out to RAM into railing, but JB comes back with THE COMEBACKER!
JB blocks Nick’s kick from the apron! JB uses Nick’s leg to jump up to the apron and knock him down! Matt rushes over, JB slides under! But Fish trips Luchasaurus to deny the tag! Fans fire up and Matt says they’re too smart. Fish plays dumb, Nick SHINING WIZARDS, GAMANGIRIS, and ROCKS JB, to then BULLDOG DROPKICK with Matt! Cover, but Kyle breaks it! Again, the deal seems to be falling apart. They start shoving, JB rolls Matt, Kyle drags JB off! Kyle and Matt argue, Fish wants things to calm down. Matt runs in but JB puts him on the apron. Kyle runs in, JB dodges and the BOOT hits Matt!
Kyle is shocked, he rushes after JB! JB kicks Kyle away, hot tag to Luchasaurus! Fans fire up as Luchasaurus rallies on everyone! FLAPJACK for Matt! There’s a man in every corner, Luchasaurus hits a back elbow on Kyle! Back elbow on Fish! BOOT for Nick, but Matt dodges! The Bucks rush Luchasaurus together, they get around his boot but he gets under their superkicks! TAIL WHIP hits Nick, ROUNDHOUSE for Matt! Luchasaurus goes up and out to MOONSAULT onto reDRagon! Fans are thunderous as Luchasaurus gets back in the ring. Luchasaurus choke grips Nick but Matt saves himand they fire off kicks!
The Bucks run in, Luchasaurus throws Matt out hard, then puts Nick on the apron. Nick shoulders in but jumps into a choke grip! But he gets free to hit a DESTROYER! Nick looks for Matt, Matt returns to the corner. Nick tags Matt and the Bucks say this is over! They go for Luchasaurus but he choke grips them both! And kips up! DOUBLE CHOKE SLAM! Kyle returns, he gets a CHOKE SLAM! Fish returns, he get a CHOKE SLAM onto Kyle! STANDING MOONSAULT onto Matt! Cover, TWO! Fans fire up for “A E DUB! A E DUB!” as Luchasaurus tags JB. Kyle and Matt start throwing forearms, Nick and Fish get in to throw down the other guy. So then Fish and Nick start throwing hands! Luchasaurus CLOBBERS Fish and Nick! Kyle KICKS Luchasaurus’ leg! Kyle KICKS Matt’s leg, then fires off strikes! Matt jumps the sweep but Kyle blocks the superkick! JB SUPERKICKS Kyle! Kyle yoyos, into Matt’s SUPERKICK! But Kyle comes back just as Matt gets JB, TRIPLE LARIATS!! Kyle, JB and Matt are all down! Fans are giving this a standing ovation and it’s not even over! JB rolls away, Matt stands, JB tags in off him! JB ENZIGURIS Matt, shoulders into Kyle and slingshots up and over. JB runs into a KNEE from Kyle! How did JB survive?! Fish tags in, and reDRagon gets JB up! Fish runs, TOTAL ELIMINATION!!! Cover, Luchasaurus breaks it! Luchasaurus drags JB to safety as fans hope they all “FIGHT FOREVER!” But the Bucks keep Luchasaurus from making the tag! They RAM Luchasaurus into railing and mug him, then hurry to the ring. The Bucks then get JB up, hook him up on Kyle, and they DOUBLE SUPERKICK the legs out so that Kyle TOMBSTONES JB! Then the Bucks DOUBLE SUPERKICK Kyle down! Nick goes up and up and FLIES onto Luchasaurus! The Bucks hurry to tag again and they sit JB up! B T E TRIGGER!! Cover, Kyle breaks it in time!! Matt can’t even believe this! The Limitless One, the Maestro of Mayhem, the Powerhouse, the Absolute, the Freshly Squeezed and Captain Charisma all want that TNT Championship. But only the one who rises above the others gets that opportunity! Who brings down the brass ring for that chance at gold?
The bell rings and Cassidy simply continues his slow roll into the ring out of the ring. Keith stares down Team Taz since they made their threat on Dynamite. We get a shot of The Men of the Year, Dan Lambert and Paige VanZant up in their VIP seats. Lambert promised VanZant would be here to sign an AEW contract, so here they are. Fans chant for “KEITH LEE! WOOP WOOP!” and Lee dares Team Taz to do something. Hobbs and Starks go after Keith while Christian and Wardlow brawl on the other end. Wardlow knees low, throws Christian out, and Keith throws Starks out. That leaves Keith, Wardlow, and Hobbs!
Fans fire up seeing this trio of titans stare down! Keith smiles as he sees these two circle with him. And now Cassidy gets back in? Cassidy throws off the sunglasses, to throw those “devastating” shin kicks! Hobbs gets some, then Wardlow, then Keith! Hobbs, Wardlow, Hobbs, Wardlow, repeat! Wardlow and Hobbs rush Cassidy but he slips away and they end up grappling with Keith! Keith holds them back, and Cassidy hops up onto them all! He’s using them as the ladder! Starks gets into push Cassidy down! Wardlow and Hobbs power Keith out of the ring, Starks drags Cassidy out!
Starks RAMS Cassidy into railing, but Christian RAMS Keith with a ladder! Christian RAMS Wardlow with a ladder! Ouch, his head! Christian RAMS Hobbs! And then RAMS Keith again! Christian puts the ladder in the ring, but Starks WRECKS Christian with a dropkick! Starks hurries to get that ladder up! He does, but Cassidy brings him down now. Cassidy has Starks wait, and he puts his hands in his pockets! Starks swings but misses and Cassidy SHOTGUNS him down! Cassidy kips up, and he struts up the ladder! Christian gets in, Cassidy hops off the ladder as he shakes it! Cassidy dodges but Christian goes for the arms!
Christian pulls Cassidy’s arms out of the pockets, turns him, but Cassidy shoves him away. Christian holds ropes, TOSSES Cassidy out, then TOSSES Starks out! Christian adjusts the ladder, but Hobbs trips him up! Hobbs steps on Christian to get up the ladder! He grabs at the ring but Christian CLUBS Hobbs! Christian climbs up, SMACKS Hobbs off the ladder, then climbs over Hobbs! SUPER REVERSE DDT! They both crash to the mat but Hobbs flops out of the ring! Hobbs hurries back in, Christian gets the ladder to a corner. Christian wants Hobbs to get up as he looks to go Rated R. But Keith Lee rises!
Keith grabs Christian to SMACK him off the ladder! Keith then gets in, only for Starks to fire off on! Christian also gets up but Keith choke grips them both and shoves them both to ropes. They both come back. Keith HURDLES them both!? And then ducks under to DOUBLE CROSSBODY! Fans fire up as Keith sees Cassidy up top. Cassidy jumps, but the rana is blocked! Wardlow returns but Keith swings Cassidy into him! And then Keith swings Cassidy into Hobbs! And then into Christian and Starks! Fans fire up even more as Keith realizes he’s alone with the ladder! Keith sets the ladder up and starts to climb.
Keith is at the top, but Wardlow returns to anchor a foot. Wardlow dares Keith to take him on! Fans fire up as Keith obliges. They stare down, but Hobbs slithers in to grab the ladder and RAM them both down! Hobbs resets the ladder and Starks gets in. Team Taz has a conundrum now. They shake hands, and then race up the ladder! Cassidy returns, Team Taz kicks him away but he comes back to shove the ladder over! Starks and Hobbs fall against ropes! Cassidy folds the ladder, Christian returns, but Cassidy starts up a LADDER COPTER! SMASH to Christian! Starks saves Hobbs to get SMASHED, but Hobbs still gets SMASHED anyway!
Wardlow and Keith stop the ladder and Cassidy looks worried for once. They LIFT the ladder, and Cassidy holds on! Cassidy skins the cat to be on top of the ladder! Cassidy reaches up, but he slips and gets crotched by a rung! And then Christian slides in to LOW BLOW Wardlow! Wardlow lets his side drop and Cassidy tumbles down. Christian then runs up the ladder, but Hobbs shoves him and CLOBBERS him! Hobbs RAMS the ladder to hit Keith! Hobbs gets the ladder back up, to RAM it into Keith in the corner! Hobbs turns around to get Cassidy, and TOSSES him into the ladder! That sandwiches Keith, and Keith and Cassidy both fall down!
Hobbs keeps the ladder in the corner, and he climbs it while keeping Keith trapped! Hobbs drags Cassidy up to the top, and STALLING SUPERPLEXES him!! Fans are thunderous as everyone is down! Christian returns, and he brings another ladder into this! Christian wedges this ladder in a corner as fans declare, “This is Awesome!” Christian aims, runs in, but Hobbs catches him! No spinebuster as Christian uppercuts free, and then he SPEARS Hobbs onto the ladder! Fans rally up and Christian stands the second ladder up. But Starks returns and he takes that ladder away. Starks punches Christian through the ladder, then jumps through it to SPEAR Christian!
Starks stands the ladder up and climbs! He grabs at the ring but Wardlow is back! Wardlow tips the ladder and Starks holds on! Wardlow stands the ladder back on and Starks SMACKS into the rungs! Starks falls and Wardlow moves that ladder aside. Wardlow gets the first ladder and brings it over. Wardlow sets that one up, climbs it but Starks climbs on! Hobbs gets in, Cassidy hops onto Starks! Hobbs climbs all alone but somehow Wardlow carries Starks and Cassidy with him! Keith storms in to get the other ladder! Everyone’s reaching for the brass ring but Wardlow shrugs Starks and Cassidy off!
Wardlow and Hobbs fight on the top while Keith sets his ladder up next to theirs. Keith climbs but Starks, Christian and Cassidy creep in. They climb from whatever angle they’ve got! Everyone’s reaching again and they’re fighting each other! Cassidy falls, then Christian! Keith and Starks brawl with Hobbs and Wardlow, but Wardlow and Hobbs shove the other ladder over! Keith and Starks hit ropes on the way down! Wardlow and Hobbs each have a hand on the ring, and they stare down! Fans fire up as they start firing haymakers! But they both fall off! All six men are down and fans are thunderous again!
Keith crawls back in, Lambert and the Men of the Year are discussing things. Wardlow gets up, he and Keith move ladders aside. They and Hobbs are back to staring down! And Cassidy flounders in again? Keith gets Cassidy up to TOSS out onto Starks and Christian at the ramp! Then Wardlow and Hobbs power Keith to ropes! Hobbs tumbles out, Wardlow goes again and clotheslines Keith out! Wardlow has an open path and fans are thunderous! But wait, Wardlow goes out to stomp everyone down first! He and Hobbs mug Keith but they’re going up the ramp. They’re making their way up with every stomp and punch!
Wardlow and Hobbs work together to get the biggest ladder, the one on the stage. They fight over it, but it BREAKS in half! They go to Keith but Hobbs JAMS Wardlow! And then JAMS Keith! And then CLUBS Wardlow! Hobbs tosses his half away, and follows Keith closer to commentary! Taz is there, he wants Hobbs to get on Keith! Hobbs has Keith up, and Keith just gets pissed! Keith breaks Hobbs’ grip but Wardlow BLINDSIDES them both! Keith and Hobbs crash down through tables!! Fans lose their minds as Wardlow fires up and returns to the ring. But Christian is already busy setting up more ladders!
Starks LOW BLOWS Christian! Starks sees the ladder bridge Christian made and he uses that to get up on the main ladder. Wardlow slides in, but wait! Is that DANHAUSEN!? He CURSES Starks! And then YANKS Starks down! Christian drags Wardlow out, and Danhausen shrugs. Danhausen bails out and Christian kicks Starks out. Christian climbs, but Starks gets up and drags him down! Starks CLUBS Christian then YANKS him down! Wardlow returns, he brings Christian up to POWERBOMB him! Fans want that encore, Starks paws at the brass ring, but Wardlow BOX JUMPS to the ladder bridge!
Wardlow CLUBS away on Starks, shifts position, and POWERBOMBS Starks onto the ladder bridge!! Wardlow climbs, and he pulls down the brass ring!! Wardlow wins!!

Best in the World, Salt of the Earth. We’ve seen the parallels, heard the origin stories, and for a moment, believed there was still respect between them. But MJF, still following in his childhood hero’s footsteps, pulled the wool over Punk’s eyes and took advantage of his kindness. There’s no going back now, and there might not even be anything of these two left! Does Maxwell Jacob Friedman finally prove he’s better than the Best in the World? MJF wears a fancy new robe for his entrance. As for Punk, there is smoke and a familiar song playing. Punk kneels on stage as he throws it back to his early days! The introductions are made, the dog collars are on, and we see who survives through the blood, sweat and tears!
Punk backs up to pull the chain tight so MJF tries to return the favor. Punk starts reeling MJF in, but MJF resists, to then WHIP the chain! Punk gets hit in the face and MJF bails out, but he forgets! Punk YANKS the chain and brings MJF right back to the apron! MJF gets choked like how he had Punk choked on Dynamite! MJF flops into the ring, Punk swings but misses! MJF tries to run again but again Punk reels him back in! Punk chokes MJF against ropes and then lets off. MJF sputters, Punk drags MJF up. MJF HOTSHOTS Punk away! MJF then gets in, he balls up some chain, but Punk kicks him low!
Punk bumps MJF off buckles, brings him around and ties some of the chain around the post! Punk then reels MJF into the corner! MJF runs to fight but Punk yanks him back! MJF wants mercy now? Punk chuckles, and KICKS MJF, then STOMPS his hand! Punk stands MJF up to climb up and rains down fists! Fans count along, and Punk gets all 10! Then Punk gets some chain, and he decides to wrap that around his fist! But MJF gets under, and uses the chain to tuck Punk in! CHEEKY NANDOS, to a RUNNING POWERBOMB! High stack, TWO! MJF untangles himself from the chain as he looms over Punk.
MJF has some chain, and he LASHES Punk right on the back! Punk writhes, MJF holds up the chain, and fans boo. MJF tries again but Punk throws body shots. MJF SMACKS Punk, Punk fires off more fists! Punk whips MJF into a corner, then SHINING WIZARDS, to the- NO! MJF slips out of the Bulldog and YANKS Punk down! Punk’s back shows clear chain link marks, but MJF drags Punk up. MJF throws a STEEL CHAIN FIST! And again! Punk is busted open again, just like on Dynamite! MJF uses the chain to smother Punk, then he RAKES the wound with it! MJF goes out and he tells someone to give him the mic!
MJF gets in the ring and he talks while he stomps Punk. “Do me a favor, old timer. Why don’t you tell these people how you don’t care about them?” MJF wants Punk to admit that he wants to quit, just like he quit on MJF! Punk says, “Eat sh*t, Maxwell.” MJF rains down shots from the microphone! MJF hears the fans chanting, “Eat Sh*t, Max!” MJF says the shmucks don’t get it, but then Punk YANKS MJF down! Punk smiles through his crimson mask and the fans chant, “EAT SH*T! WOOP WOOP!” Punk opens MJF’s legs, to LOW BLOW HEADBUTT! MJF writhes as he clutches the bloody stain in his groin!
Punk gathers up some chain, and he has it around his fist again. Punk whips and body shots, then RUSSIAN LEG SWEEPS with the chain! Fans fire up and Punk goes up the corner. ELBOW DROP! Punk stands MJF up to whip him into the corner, SHINING WIZARD, and then he wraps the chain around MJF’s head for the FULL METAL BULLDOG! Fans chant for Punk as he has more chain! Punk LASHES MJF now! “Yeah, it sucks, doesn’t it?” And then AGAIN! MJF flounders but Punk LASHES him again! Punk wraps the chain around MJF’s hand, to drop knees on it! The chain smashes into MJF’s hand!
MJF clutches his hand but he refuses to quit. Punk smiles, his face the most crimson a crimson mask has ever been. Punk says it’s time for night-night, and he brings MJF up. Fireman’s carry, but MJF claws the wound!! And then he has the chain in the choke with the SLEEPER! Just like in Chicago! MJF squeezes tight and Punk fades! MJF thrashes but fans rally up! Punk is fading, MJF has body scissors! The ref checks Punk. The hand drops once! The hand drops twice! But not the third time! Punk has a second wind, and he fights up to run and use the corner to push back! Cover, TWO!!! MJF lets go in time and he gets to a corner.
MJF kicks Punk down, clutches his bad hand, and shakes it out. MJF gets Punk up but the hand won’t let him finish the piledriver. MJF tries again, but Punk fireman’s carries! GO- NO! MJF blocks, spins Punk, SALT OF THE EARTH FUJIWARA!! Punk endures as MJF pushes back, and he BITES the fingers! Punk rolls to a cover, TWO! ANACONDA VICE!!! MJF endures, and there are no ropebreaks in this match! MJF pulls on Punk’s hair to make it a cover, TWO!! Punk finally wipes some blood from his face, and MJF gets away to the far side. Punk winds up chain but MJF YANKS Punk to the apron!
MJF gets up, he drags Punk in, HEAT- NO! Punk ALABAMA SLAMS out of the draping piledriver! MJF crawls away again but Punk gathers up chain. He’s wrapping it around a leg, for a METAL SHINING WIZARD! MJF flops out of the ring! The ref checks on MJF but he’s okay to continue. Punk gets up, MJF is busted open now, and Punk returns the favor by wrapping chain into MJF’s face! Fans cheer and Punk rains down rights to open MJF up more! MJF flounders, “You Deserve It!” Punk balls up chain for a STEEL PUNCH! MJF flounders away and Punk as him in a corner of the railing. Punk rains down fists again! All the way to 10!
Punk brings MJF around, they’re both so bloody now, and Punk whips MJF into steel steps! Punk has more chain around his fist to punch MJF down! Punk again wraps up his leg, but MJF moves and Punk knees steps!! Punk clutches his leg and the ref checks him. Punk refuses to let this end the match, and he gets up as fans rally. Punk LASHES MJF again, punches MJF with the chain again and again, then drags MJF up. Punk puts MJF in the ring, the ref checks MJF now. Punk has a new layer of the crimson mask but now he looks to end this! Punk hobbles over, fireman’s carries, but the leg gives out!
MJF goes to the apron while Punk clutches his knee. Fans rally up again, and Punk crawls over. Punk manages to get on the apron but MJF punches the bad leg! MJF gets up, realizes the chain is tangled in the ropes, so he goes in to undo it. MJF rakes Punk’s eyes, scoops him, but the bad hand! Punk turns things around, APRON TOMBSTONE!!! Fans lose their minds as Punk flops to the floor! Fans start to look worried, but others rally up behind Punk. Punk manages to get up while MJF flounders away to center. Punk somehow gets himself up the corner, and he wraps the chain around an arm. FULL METAL MACHO ELBOW FLOPS as MJF moves!
MJF drags himself to the cover, TWO!!! Punk barely gets that arm up but he still survives! Fans rally up again but MJF goes looking under the ring. And he brings out a black bag… MJF gets in the ring, and he pours the bag out. It’s THUMBTACKS!! MJF SHINING WIZARDS Punk! And MJF mocks the night-night! MJF headlocks, but Punk BITES the hand!! Punk said he was willing to become a monster, but MJF kicks the bad leg! MJF ROCKS Punk but Punk wobbles to stay up! MJF keeps throwing hands but Punk still wobbles up! Punk kicks back, brings MJF in, but he can’t suplex because of the leg!
MJF turns things around, he suplexes, but his hand! Punk swings, misses, MJF runs in and ROCKS Punk! They’re standing over the tacks, MJF tries again! Punk staggers, MJF tries, ROUNDHOUSE! There were tacks on the boot, too! MJF leans against buckles in a corner and Punk hurries to get up top. Punk brings MJF up, and he underhooks the arms! Fans go nuts already and MJF fights! MJF trips Punk up! MJF climbs up to join Punk, brings Punk up, SUPERPLEX onto the tacks!! Punk writhes, having taken the most tacks! Fans are losing their minds as MJF covers, TWO!!! Punk survives and fans rally up again!
Punk gets up, even though he’s in the tacks. MJF comes back to STEEL PUNCH! He crawls through the tacks to make the cover, TWO!! Again, Punk barely gets that arm up. MJF clutches the bad hand, then shouts to Wardlow! MJF wants his henchman, and here he comes! And of course, MJF wants his Dynamite Diamond Ring! Wardlow feels around in his jacket, but he forgot the ring! Punk yanks MJF back in, fireman’s carry, GO TO SLEEP! And MJF falls on the tacks! Punk looks at Wardlow but Wardlow smiles. Now he remembers where the ring was. “Oops.” But Wardlow sets the ring down, within Punk’s reach!
Fans are thunderous as Wardlow walks away! Punk gets the ring, puts it on his finger, and he reels MJF up with the chain. Punk flips MJF off, but MJF SPITS on Punk! So Punk DYNAMITE DIAMOND DECKS MJF! Cover, Punk wins!!

AEW Women’s World Championship: Britt Baker w/ Jamie Hayter & Rebel VS Thunder Rosa!
It was over a year ago that these two battled in the first ever Unsanctioned Match in the AEW Women’s Division. La Mera Mera won, but it was the Doctor who skyrockted to this title. Britt has held that belt ever since, by hook and by crook. But she’s also never beaten Rosa, so something’s gotta give! Will DMD no longer reign in AEW? Or will she finally win back that Lights Out loss?

Rosa and Britt circle and tie up. They go around, fans are dueling and they go to a corner. Rosa powers out to throw Britt but they stay tied up! They get back up, keep going around, gator roll but still stay hooked up! Rosa gets up, wrenches and CLUBS away on the arm! Rosa headlocks, Britt fights up but Rosa hits a takeover. Britt throws hammering fists but Rosa holds tight. Britt headscissors and pushes up to CLUB away on Rosa. Britt underhooks and BUTTEFLY SUPLEXES! Cover, ONE!! Britt is annoyed and she CLUBS ROsa. Britt wrenches and WRINGS Rosa, to then hammerlock. Rosa fights, rolls, KICKS Britt then hooks up her arm! Rosa wants the Fujiwara but Britt resists. Britt fights up, but Rosa rams a shoulder. Britt ROCKS Rosa with a forearm, wrenches back and rolls with Rosa, but Rosa slips out to sunset! TWO, Britt sits on the cover, TWO! Rosa facelocks, cranks on the Chancery, but Britt fights up. Britt drags Rosa up, ripcords and spins, but Rosa ENZIGURIS back! Rosa runs in at the corner, into a BUCKLE SHOT! Britt stomps a mudhole as fans duel!
The ref counts, Britt lets off at 4, to give one more stomp. Rosa crawls to the apron but Britt brings Rosa into the post! Britt pulls on Rosa’s arm then scrapes her with a boot! Britt soaks up the cheers and jeers as she gets back in the ring. Britt wraps Rosa’s legs around the ropes. Is she copying Paradise? The ref counts, Britt lets off to scrape Rosa’s face! And now Rebel and Hayter both get cheap shots in! Britt drags Rosa up to snap suplex! Cover, TWO! Britt drags Rosa up to fire off forearms, but Rosa turns it around to fire back! The Maniac and the American Dragon have history that goes back decades. And that history is why Bryan wants Moxley to join him in forging the future of pro-wrestling. But Moxley says he doesn’t fight alongside someone he hasn’t bled with. Will this battle be bloody enough for Moxley? And will they still form an alliance no matter who wins?
The bell rings and Moxley says a quick prayer before he circles with Bryan. They feel things out, fans chant, “WE WANT VIOLENCE!” as the two grapple. They go to ropes, Bryan has the facelock, then the arm. They go around, Moxley powers Bryan to the mat and they end up in ropes. The ref calls the ropebreak, the two get up and reset as fans cheer. Moxley and Bryan go again, Moxley waistlocks but Bryan slips out to drop toehold and he rear mounts to fish hook. The ref reprimands, Bryan chinlocks, but Moxley powers out to a cover, ONE! Bryan facelocks, they tumble out of the ring and to the floor!
Bryan gets up and in quickly while Moxley steadies himself. Moxley gets in, but Bryan uses ropes as a defense. Fans boo but Moxley honors the rules here. Then he SLAPS Bryan! Bryan manages to laugh that off and the two feel out another grapple. They knuckle lock, go forehead to forehead, fight for leverage, but Bryan breaks the grips to SLAP Mox back! And snapmare for a KICK to the back! Moxley just shakes it off and gets up! Bryan does jumping jacks then goes to the apron. Moxley dares Bryan to try that slap again. Moxley puts his hands behind his back, Bryan gets in. Bryan steps up to SLAP, so Moxley CHOPS!
Moxley CHOPS again, snapmares and he KICKS Bryan! Moxley does the jumping jacks to mock Bryan. Bryan shakes the kick off and gets up. Fans are behind Mox but Bryan ROCKS him! Mox ROCKS Bryan, they throw hands back and forth, Bryan EuroUppers but Moxley fires off more forearms! Moxley puts Bryan in a corner to stomp a mudhole! The ref counts, Moxley lets off at 4. Moxley whips, Bryan goes up and over and keeps moving. Bryan ducks but Moxley CLOBBERS him with that elbow! Moxley waits on Bryan to sit up, and he KICKS Bryan in the chest! And again! And again! Moxley runs, but Bryan blocks to DRAGON SCREW! Moxley sits up and Bryan KICKS him! And KICKS! And KICKS! Bryan powers up, but Moxley blocks the buzzsaw, so Bryan KICKS the ribs! Moxley sputters as he gets to the ropes and the ref checks on him. Bryan does more jumping jacks, then he KNEES Moxley in the ribs! And again! And again! Bryan stands on Moxley’s ribs and soaks up the cheers and jeers. The ref counts, Bryan lets off at 4. Bryan EuroUppers Moxley then fires off more shots! Bryan CHOPS and KICKS and KICKS again! Bryan CHOPS, but Moxley gets pissed! Moxley eggs Bryan on so Bryan CHOPS again!
Moxley powers Bryan to a corner to fire off CHOPS! Bryan turns it around to sobat! Moxley falls over and Bryan digs his knee into his face. Bryan smothers the nose, but the ref counts. Bryan lets off, drags Moxley up, SNAP HALF HATCH! Fans fire up as Bryan goes to the corner and climbs up! DIVING HEADBUTT FLOPS as Moxley moves! Both men are down, the ref starts a standing count, but Moxley is up to throw hands on Bryan again! Moxley whips, Bryan reverses and kitchen sink knees! Bryan runs in at the corner to DROPKICK! Moxley stays up so Bryan KICKS him! Bryan runs again, to DROPKICK!
“How’s that, Mox?” Bryan KICKS Moxley, then goes corner to corner again, but Moxley swings! Bryan ducks, but Moxley switches! SNAP GERMAN! Bryan is back up, but into a SNAP SAIDO! Moxley drags Bryan up and reels him in, but Bryan lands on his feet out of the suplex! ROUNDHOUSE! And then GUILLOTINE! Moxley stays standing but his head’s already red! Moxley powers up and X-PLEXES Bryan down! Fans fire up as both men are down, and a standing count begins. Both men stir, they’re up at 4 of 10. Moxley storms in at the corner to climb up and rain down rights! Moxley gets 9 before Bryan slips out and KICKS!
Bryan KICKS Moxley again but Moxley eggs him on! Bryan KICKS again, Moxley SLAPS Bryan! Moxley fires off shots so Bryan rakes the eyes! Bryan runs, but Moxley dumps him up and out! Moxley then builds speed, but Bryan slides in! Moxley stops from crashing ‘n’ burning, and he catches Bryan’s tope! They start throwing hands at the railing! Moxley throws knees, Bryan gives them back! The ref tries to get them to go into the ring but Moxley is throwing headbutts! Bryan knees low, they both throw forearms! Both men fall and fans fire up! Moxley is busted open and has half a crimson mask already!
Moxley and Bryan get in the ring, Bryan has a tiny bit of blood on his forehead, too. Moxley sits up in a daze, fans rally up as the blood just flows! Moxley and Bryan go after each other, Moxley throws more knees! Bryan throws knees in return! Moxley throws more knees, but Bryan gives them back again! Moxley goes back to headbutts! Then he underhooks, but Bryan fights free to ROLLING ELBOW! Moxley rebounds to KING KONG LARIAT! Fans cheer on “A E DUB!” as both men slowly rise. “This is Wrestling!” as Moxley gets to his feet. Moxley puts Bryan on the top rope, CHOPS him, then CHOPS again!
Moxley climbs, CLAWS Bryan’s back, then goes to underhook the arms! Bryan slips out and shoves Moxley down! Bryan then climbs up behind Moxley, SUPER BACK SUPLEX! Cover, TWO! Moxley is still in this, despite all the blood on his face. Bryan sits Moxley up to rain elbows into his shoulder and neck! Again and again and again, Bryan hammers Moxley, then gets the arms, DRAGON SLEEPER! Moxley endures, moves around, and reaches out for the ROPEBREAK! The ref counts and Bryan lets off at 4. Bryan stands up to get the arm and KICK the ribs! Wrench and ELBOW BREAKER! Another KICK, another ELBOW BREAKER!
But Moxley makes it a SLEEPER HOLD! Bryan reaches, Moxley jumps on! But Bryan rolls through to DRAGON SLEEPER, only for Moxley to roll through! And now Moxley rains down those elbows! Over and over and over, then back to the SLEEPER! Bryan endures so Moxley gets the ARMBAR! Bryan turns to alleviate pressure, but Moxley rolls him back! Bryan slips out the back, omoplata and LEBELLE LOCK! Moxley endures so Bryan throws crossface forearms! Moxley claws around, ROPEBREAK! Bryan lets go at 4 and fans cheer again. Fans duel as Bryan gets back up. Bryan says he’s gonna kick Moxley’s head in!
Bryan gets the arms, but Moxley kicks Bryan down! They’re giving each other DANIELSON STOMPS!! Fans are thunderous as Moxley gets the edge to give Bryan more STOMPS! BULLY CHOKE!!! Bryan endures, but he’s starting to fade! But he gets a second wind as fans rally up! Bryan rolls it to a cover, TWO! Moxley holds on but Bryan fights up SNAP SHOULDER CAPTURE SUPLEX! But Moxley’s right up! Bryan KICKS Moxley in the stomach, then runs to BUSAIKU KNEE!! Cover, TWO!! Moxley survives but Bryan is feeding off that! Bryan has the arms now, to give DANIELSON STOMPS!
Bryan then drags Moxley into the TRIANGLE HOLD! Bryan flexes on Moxley, then rains down elbows! Moxley is somehow still in this and he grabs Bryan’s beard! The ref reprimands, Bryan elbows and hammers Moxley more, but Moxley is fighting up. Bryan throws haymakers into Moxley’s face! Moxley still fights, to JACKKNIFE! MOXLEY WINS!!

And Bryan can’t believe it! He argues with the ref but the ref says it was what it was! Bryan and Moxley just keep fighting! The ref calls in reinforcements as Moxley TACKLES Bryan! Referees and security rush in to pull these two apart but fans want to “Let Them Fight!” Wait, is that WILLIAM REGAL!?!? Regal is in AEW?!?! Regal gets in and he gets these two to stop fighting! Fans are losing their minds as Regal tells each man to cool off. Moxley wants more but Regal keeps him back. And then SLAPS him! Bryan applauds that, but Regal then SLAPS Bryan! Then Regal brings them both in to tell them to shake hands.

Six Man Tornado Tag: Sting, Darby Allin & Sammy Guevara VS AHFO!
This one has been a long time coming, considering how the Icon, the Relentless One and the Spanish God have all had run-ins with El Idolo. But considering how the TNT Championship Triple Threat went on Rampage, can Darby and Sammy still work as teammates? Or will Andrade, Matt Hardy and Isiah Kassidy take advantage of the rift?
Darby’s got a new video. A funeral of sorts? “Today we are gathered here to pay our respects to Matthew, Isiah and Andrade.” But the moment of silence is interrupted by a CAR flying in and crushing an RV! Darby gets out and then COFFIN DROPS the mourners. Sting tells them all to run, before he uses a flamethrower to burn the memorial! “It’s showtime.” Darby gets in to CLOBBER Andrade! The bell rings, Sammy brawls with Kassidy and Sting is after Hardy! Darby tackles Andrade into railing while Sting whips Hardy into some. Darby puts Andrade on the apron and clubs away, but Andrade gets up and knocks Darby down.
Jose the assistant helps out but Sting throws him into railing! Darby and Andrade hit timekeeper’s table, Sting smacks Jose off it. Sammy TOSSES Kassidy over railing, Jose is whipped hard into the steel steps! Darby brings out a trash can! And a chair! Darby sets up the chair and Sting makes Jose take a seat. Darby puts the can around Jose and gets in the ring. Darby builds speed to DIVE into the trash can and Jose! But Andrade CLOBBERS Darby with a chair! Andrade gets the can off Jose to SMACK Sting with it! Hardy SMACKS Sting, too, then puts Sting in the ring. Sammy dives but Andrade catches him! GOURD BUSTER to the railing!
Andrade drags Sammy up for another suplex while Kassidy and Hardy mug Sting! Darby helps Sammy fight Andrade off, and they double suplex him to the floor! Kassidy and Hardy give Sting a LEG DROP SPLASH COMBO! “Did you see what we did to the Icon?!” But Sting’s right up! He CLOBBERS Hardy, CLOBBERS Kassidy, and Darby tosses him the can! SMACK for Hardy! SMACK for Kassidy! Darby COFFINS SPLASHES back and forth, again and again! Sting SMACKS Hardy, Sammy springboard CUTTERS Kassidy! Kassidy flops out of the ring, Andrade throws Sammy out. Andrade aims at Sting, and he dropkicks the can into him!
Darby runs in at Andrade, but Andrade rolls him up! BRILLANTE BUCKLE BOMB! Andrade gets Darby up, hoists him up top and CHOPS him on the back! Then he puts Darby in a Tree of Woe. But Sammy springs right up! Andrade shoves Sammy away, WOE STOMPS Darby, then BOOTS Sammy! Hardy adds the TWIST OF FATE! Cover on Sammy, Sting breaks it! Hardy criticizes Andrade for that but he dumps Sting out. Hardy ROCKS Sting with forearms and then bumps him off apron. Andrade throws Darby out while Sting fights back! Sting DECKS Hardy! Andrade springboards, but Darby swats him down!
Sting stalks Hardy, Lambert looks disappointed. Sammy puts Kassidy in the ring, Sting whips Hardy into railing! MARQ QUEN appears and he THROWS a chair into Sammy’s face! Sting SNAKE EYES Hardy off railing while Quen drags Sammy around. Quen sits Sammy on steep steps as Kassidy climbs. But Sammy throws Quen over railing! Kassidy hurries but Sammy throws him over! SILLY STRING DDT to the floor!! Sting and Hardy brawl in the crowd, Sting SMACKS Hardy with a chair! And again! Private Party keeps on Sammy as Sting SMACKS Hardy more! Darby and Andrade are in this area as Hardy smacks Sting off trash cans.
Andrade brings Darby around, Hardy ROCKS Sting. Darby shoves Andrade away, Sting whips Hardy into the retaining wall! Fans fire up but here come Butcher & Blade! This really is the entire AHFO now! Butcher SWINGS Darby into the wall over and over! Meanwhile, on the stage, Sammy is set up on tables while Kassidy stands on top of the tunnel! Kassidy flexes, but Sammy kicks Quen away! Then SUPERKICKS him! Kassidy sees he’s stuck and Sammy goes up after him! Kassidy and Sammy brawl up there, fireman’s carry but Kassidy fights free! Sammy hits back, brings Kassidy in, SUPER SPANISH FLY through the tables!!!!
Fans lose their minds as these two almost missed the landing zone! But meanwhile, Butcher & Blade have set up multiple tables in a stack! Sting gets up while Hardy rains down on Darby. Sting fights back and fans fire up! Sting throws hands on Butcher & Blade, but Andrade SMACKS Sting with the trash can lid! Matt Hardy LOW BLOWS Sting! Hardy drags Sting up the stands! They brawl in the upper area, through the sea of humanity! Hardy goes to the area above the table stack! Darby and Andrade fight jus below! Andrade scoops, Darby slips out and they continue to brawl! Sting fights Hardy off, Andrade rests on tables.
Sting sees Andrade is there, SUPER SPLASH through all the tables!! As if this wasn’t insane already!! Darby clears wreckage as fans chant, “You Still Got It!” for Sting! Darby tries to figure out where Hardy went. But then he sees Hardy at ringside and goes right after him! Hardy hits low and then whips Darby over railing! Darby gets up but Hardy puts him in the ring. Hardy brings a chair in, and he SMACKS Darby on the back! Hardy sits the chair up, puts Darby’s head through the gap, but no Twist! Darby JAMS Hardy with the chair legs! SCORPION DEATH DROP onto the chair! Darby goes up, COFFIN DROP! Cover, Darby and team win!!

AEW World Championship: Hangman Page VS Adam Cole!
From ROH to NJPW to now in AEW, Adam Page and Adam Cole have been connected in pro-wrestling. They’ve fought alongside each other as well as against each other, and it was always the Panama City Playboy that came out on top. But things have changed in Cole’s time away, and most of all, Hangman has changed. Will Hangman finally show Cole who the better Adam is? Or will Cole simply burn another bridge and add another title to the list?
The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and it’s time for Cowboy Sh*t, BAYBAY!
Fans chant, “Let’s Go, Adam!” since they’re not wrong either way. Hangman and Cole circle, tie up, and go around. Hangman puts Cole on ropes, the ref counts and Hangman gives hard pats on the shoulder. Cole lets that slide and they go again. Cole waistlocks, Hangman sits and slips out to wrench, but Cole rolls. Cole rolls and wrenches, but Hangman rolls and slips through to wring Cole out. Hangman has the hammerlock but Cole fights up. Cole gets up, switches the hammerlock onto Hangman, then puts him in the corner. The ref counts, Cole lets off but sucker punches Hangman hard!
Cole fires off more, “What you got?” Hangman DECKS Cole! “F him up, Adam, F him up!” Hangman CHOPS Cole, follows him around and CHOPS him again! Cole kicks low, but Hangman CHOPS again! Hangman whips Cole corner to corner, then runs in to clothesline! And then short arm LARIAT! Cole flounders, Hangman stands him up to CHOP! Hangman whips, Cole holds ropes and bails out. “We Want Adam!” and Hangman WRECKS Cole with a dropkick! Hangman whips Cole hard into railing, then gets him up to whip him into more railing! Fans fire up, Hangman drags Cole up and puts him on the apron.
Hangman CLUBS Cole, fires up and fans rally. Hangman runs and BOOTS Cole down! Cole flounders but Hangman stalks him around the way. Hangman kicks Cole, refreshes the ring count, then has the timekeeper move. Cole resists the bomb, slips under and dodges, Hangman lariats POST! Cole BOOTS Hangman down, then drags him up. Cole hammerlocks the arm and RAMS it into steel steps! The ring count is climbing again but Cole refreshes it. Cole drags Hangman up, RAMS him back into steel steps, then brings Hangman up and into the ring. Cole stomps Hangman in the corner, digs his boots in, but lets off at 4.
Fans chant for “A~DAM!” Hangman gets up to CHOP and CHOP and run, into USHIGOROSHI! Cover, ONE!! Cole can’t believe that but Hangman’s proven his toughness. Cole drags Hangman up and turns him for a NECKBREAKER! Cole drives elbows into Hangman’s shoulder, then drags him back up. Cole ROCKS Hangman, fires more forearms, then wraps the arm around ropes. Cole pulls on the arm, the ref counts and Cole lets off at 4. The ref tells Cole to break when he starts counting, but Cole tells the ref to shut up. But then Hangman CHOPS Cole! And CHOPS! And CHOPS!
Hangman runs in but misses in the corner! Cole torture racks and spins, TOWER HACKER BOMB! Cover, TWO! Cole grows frustrated but he sits Hangman up for a top wristlock. Fans rally as Hangman endures. Hangman fights up, throws body shots, and then forearms. Cole knees low, runs, but Hangman BOOTS! Hangman runs but he catches Cole in a fireman’s carry! Only for Cole to pop out and BACKSTABBER! Cover, TWO! Cole says, “When are you gonna learn, Hangman?” Cole says the title belongs to him. Hangman will never be Cole. Hangman SLAPS and ROCKS Cole! But Cole uses 52 Fake Out!
Cole goes to the corner, goes up, but leaps into a BOOT! Fans fire up as both Adams are down! The standing count begins, Cole and Hangman go to opposite ends. Hangman DECKS Cole, and DECKS him again! Hangman whips but Cole ducks only to jump into Hangman’s FALL AWAY SLAM! Hangman kips up while Cole goes to the apron. Fans fire up, Hangman TRIANGLE JUMP LARIATS! Then PLANCHA, but he has to land on his feet! Cole runs in, POP-UP APRON BOMB! Hangman is up top fast, for an ARIHARA MOONSAULT! Fans chant for “COWBOY SH*T!” as Hangman puts Cole in the ring.
Hangman aims from the apron, but Cole bails out before the slingshot. Hangman hurries to grab at Cole, but Cole PELES him down! Cole hurries in and reels Hangman into another BACKSTABBER! Cole runs, but Hangman hits a SIT-OUT POWERBOMB! Cover, TWO! Fans rally up and Cole gets to a corner. Hangman storms over and CHOPS Cole again! Hangman then hoists Cole up top, CHOPS him again, then climbs up to join him. Cole resists and throws body shots, then he CLUBS Hangman. Cole gets up to SUNSET FLIP, but Hangman fights the bomb! Hangman mule kicks then ARIHARA into a SUPERKICK! Cover, TWO!!
Cole is about to lose his cool but the fans are thunderous! Cole hurries back to a corner and he tunes up the band. Fans boo, he’s an Adam, not a Shawn! But Cole doesn’t care, he runs in and misses! Alabama Lift, DEADEYE!! Cover, TWO!! Cole survives but Hangman keeps his cool. “This is Awesome!” and Hangman goes to Cole. Cole throws a forearm, “This is Adam!” as Hangman throws it back. The forearms keep going, Cole stands to rain down shots! But Hangman keeps him from bringing the kneepad down! Hangman fires off palm strikes, but runs into a BOOT! Cole runs and SUPERKICKS!
Cole runs again, into a ROLLING ELBOW! Hangman throws off the elbow pad but Cole turns lariat into CROSSFACE! Hangman crawls forward to the ROPEBREAK! Cole reluctantly lets go at 4 and he goes to the apron to join Hangman. “ADAM SH*T!” as Hangman throws forearms! Cole WRINGS the arm into the apron! Cole gets Hangman up, fireman’s carry, USHI- NO! Hangman lands out, scoops, and with one good arm, TOMBSTONE! Cover, TWO!! Both Adams are down again and fans rally up. Cole and Hangman sit up, they throw more forearms, and fans do their best to come up with more Adam chants.
The hands fly fast and furious and fans are loving it! Hangman HEADBUTTS Cole! Cole BOOTS Hangman! ROLLING ELBOW from Hangman, ENZIGURI from Cole! DEADLIFT GERMAN SUPLEX from Hangman, and he gets Cole up, but Cole hits GHOSTBUSTER! Cover, TWO! Cole is growing frustrated but fans chant, “FIGHT FOR ADAM!” Cole goes up the corner again and takes aim. Hangman stands, and he ROCKS Cole first! Hangman then goes up, but Cole throws body shots. Cole smacks Hangman off buckles, wants to try again, but Hangman fights with body shots again! And another HEADBUTT!
Hangman stands Cole up for a SUPER FALL AWAY SLAM! Cover, TWO!!! Cole survives and no one can believe it! Hangman drags himself to the apron but here comes reDRagon! Kyle & Fish distract, Cole BLINDSIDE SUPERKICKS Hangman down! The ref tells reDRagon to stay back and Cole sets up on the apron! PANAMA SUNRSISE to the floor!! Maybe even the ramp! Cole drags Hangman up and into the ring, fans chant, “HOLY ADAM!” Cover, TWO!?! Now even reDRagon is frustrated with this! Cole hurries to get up the corner again, tries again, PANAMA- NO! But no Deadeye either!
ELBOW and ROLLING ELBOW, but reDRagon distracts the ref! Cole doesn’t just 52 Fake Out, he LOW BLOWS! Then he resets on the corner, PANAMA SUNRISE again!! And THE BOOM!! Cover, TWO!??!?! HOW?!?!? Is Hangman a cowboy or a superhuman? Fans chant and duel for real now, “Let’s Go, Hangman!” “ADAM COLE!” Cole SUPERKICKS Hangman back down! And another SUPERKICK! Then he brings the kneepad down! Cole runs, but Hangman LARIATS!! Hangman hurries to the apron, fans are thunderous, BUCK- SUPERKICK!!! Cole runs, dodges the lariat to SUPERKICK! BLINDSIDE SUPERKICK!
All about the- NO! Hangman falls over and denies the Boom! Fans are loving “A E DUB!” but Cole tells reDRagon to get the table! They take the timekeeper’s table and put it ringside! Hangman is on the apron, and Cole brings him around! Cole says it’s over, but Hangman hits DEADEYE through the table!!!! Fans lose their minds again and here comes the Dark Order! Hangman’s friends are here to check on him, but then a brawl breaks out with the Dark Order and reDRagon! Talk about being outnumbered! Kyle & Fish run away and now we’re back to just the Adams! Hangman drags Cole from the wreckage and into the ring!
Hangman gets on the apron as fans fire back up! BUCKSHOT!!!! But the bad arm holds Hangman back from the cover! Cover, ROPEBREAK!!! LITERAL FINGERTIPS! Hangman is in disbelief, even though he sees it with his own eyes! Hangman takes off his belt and ties Cole’s hand up to the ropes! Payback for Dynamite! SUPERKICK! SUPERKICK!! SUPERKICK!!! Hangman runs, but Cole SUPERKICKS back! Cole works to get his hand free, and he rushes over, into a SUPERKICK! Hangman brings his kneepad down now! Hangman makes Cole sit up, runs and STEALS THE BOOM!! But he’s not done here!! BUCKSHOT!!! Cover, Hangman wins!!!
Winner: Hangman Adam Page, by pinfall (still AEW World Champion)
The better Adam did win, because that is Hangman Adam Page!! The Cowboy holds up the title, having proven himself once again! And he even shakes Cole’s hand to show his respect. Who will be next for Hangman to go to the limit with?
My Thoughts:
This was the biggest AEW PPV, it was the bloodiest AEW PPV, and I dare say it was the BEST AEW PPV ever! Once again, AEW even makes their preshow awesome with three great matches that could’ve easily been on a Dynamite or Rampage. A great Heel win for Leyla, despite the promos in the build sounding like Kris was the Heel. A great win for Hook on the biggest night in his career. And a great Six Man Tag for House of Black VS Death Triangle & Erick, but clearly this isn’t done until Fenix can be part of the feud again. And then I noticed throughout the night, there were a lot of Tombstone piledrivers. Perhaps AEW is shouting out Undertaker since he’s going into WWE’s Hall of Fame?
Jericho VS Kingston was a great choice for opener, and it was booked in a great way given Jericho’s disrespect towards Kingston. Kingston winning was the right move, and in a way, so was Jericho not shaking his hand. They could leave it at that, they could escalate for the Spring going towards Double or Nothing, either path would work great for Kingston. The Triple Threat Tag was amazing stuff, and the finish wasn’t at all what I expected. Jurassic Express cleaned up and got a legit win, that is big for Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus. I’m thinking a team like Santana & Ortiz will step up next for a great 2v2 feud.
The Face of the Revolution Ladder Match was also awesome, and for just a few seconds, I thought Cassidy was going to win because, for one, just how hilarious it’d be to see him with the “brass ring” inner tube. But in the end, Wardlow won as I expected. I just wish Starks didn’t have to take that ladder bomb. He has neck issues, AEW, why would you make him take such a move? We all knew Jade was going to stay undefeated, but she basically had win entrance to make it clear to those not paying attention. Tay put up a good fight, but Jade continues on, maybe she’ll take on Anna Jay next.
Holy crap that Dog Collar Match. “Bloody” barely covers it, that went above anything I could’ve expected. Masterful storytelling from the moment Punk made his entrance bringing back his ROH theme and ring gear. Wardlow played his part perfectly, too, that was even better than my idea of him clobbering MJF with the TNT title. Punk wins, MJF will have beef with Wardlow, maybe we get MJF VS Wardlow at Double Or Nothing. And there’s a good chance the TNT title will be part of it so MJF can literally take that title off Wardlow. The AEW Women’s World title match was very good but had the misfortune of following Punk VS MJF.
I will say, Britt’s getting good Heel Heat even from me over using her helpers yet again. But also getting the news that we’ll have Hirsch VS Rosa, winner goes to St. Patrick’s Day Slam, did they really rob Rosa a PPV win to give her a title win on Dynamite? Seems a bit lame to me, but I suppose Rosa getting the title is the main thing AEW wants us to focus on. Moxley VS Bryan was another bloody fight, and in a very subtle Taker reference, that triangle hold jackknife was how Taker once got beat by Kurt Angle. But anyway, them brawling and WILLIAM REGAL showing up to sort them out was amazing. I hope Regal is the manager in the faction that these guys are creating.
That Tornado Trios match was wild in a very good way, but I really feared for those guys during those table spots. At least Sammy kinda learned his lesson from his Last Man Standing with Matt Hardy a couple years ago, in how to line up tables properly for spots like that. The Faces winning here really surprised me given a Face won the title on Rampage. But I suppose this is more for the AHFO story of Hardy leaving and Andrade assuming full control. And then in the main event, Adam Page VS Adam Cole was everything we knew it’d be and more, and I loved how the fans had all those Adam chants. When a crowd is good, it really adds to things.
Hangman retains, as I figured, and given how Callis was talking crap on Cole while hyping Omega’s return, we are just one moment away from The Elite OG VS The Undisputed Era while Hangman defends against any number of guys on the roster.

I will do what I’ve done for 22 years surviving in this business, Kyle: I’m gonna find a way.” The Maniac heads out, and Claudio Castagnoli steps forward to tell Brody King that Brody always brings the bark. But if he steps in the ring with Claudio in the Owen Hart Tournament, he better bring the bite. Pac then says, “Nobody gets special treatment. It doesn’t matter who you are, Death Riders against the world.” Daniel Garcia says yeah, let’s get it! Yuta repeats, “Against the world.” Marina Shafir tells the world, “Bring it, you p*ssies!”

Well speaking of Kyle O’Reilly, he, Orange Cassidy, and the returning Mark Briscoe are going to put STP to the test! #TAIGASTYLE is still ROH Pure Champion, but Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo are upset after losing the ROH World Six Man Tag titles. Will STP take out their frustrations as they rumble, bad man, rumble? Or will the Violent Artist, Freshly Squeezed & Sussex County Chicken simply send #THEM home emptyhanded?
The trios sort out and Briscoe steps up against #BadNews&Tattoos. The fans are behind Briscoe as he and Bravo circle. They approach, Bravo kicks low, and he flips everyone off. The fans boo, Bravo headlocks, but Briscoe powers up, out, and headlocks in return. Bravo powers up and out but Briscoe RUNS him over! The fans cheer, and Briscoe runs. Bravo drops down, hurdles, but Briscoe hits a crane stance! Bravo says that’s stupid! But Briscoe ducks Bravo’s punch to UPPERCUT! Briscoe whips, Bravo reverses to ROCK Briscoe! The forearms go back and forth, Briscoe fires a flurry, but Bravo CLAWS Briscoe’s face!
Bravo runs, but Briscoe winds up to UPPERCUT! The fans cheer the Redneck Kung-Fu! Lee tags in and hits his tiger stance. But then Kyle calls to Briscoe, and Briscoe tags Kyle! The fans cheer as Kyle and Lee tie up, go around, and Kyle wrenches. Lee wrenches, slips through, and waistlocks. They go around, Lee switches but Kyle has the arm. Kyle arm-drags Lee down, double wristlock, but Lee fights around. Kyle body scissors, rolls to the cover, TWO! The fans fire up as the two go again, knuckle lock, and Lee headlocks. Kyle powers up and out, Lee goes up and around, but Kyle does the same to slide under.

Lee RUNS Kyle, keeps moving, but Kyle drops down. Lee sunset flips but Kyle stays up! Kyle shakes his head, drops down into the ARMBAR, but here comes The Infantry! Briscoe & Cassidy intercept Dean & Bravo, fire off hands in corners, and Kyle shifts to an ANKLE LOCK! But Lee reels Kyle into a headlock.
Briscoe & Cassidy TOSS The Infantry, then go out after them. Lee waistlocks, Kyle fires elbows, and Kyle climbs up in the corner. The fans count along as Kyle goes all the way to TEN! Tag to Briscoe, he climbs up, and he rains down fists! Briscoe goes all the way to TEN, then he tags Cassidy! The fans fire up again as Cassidy winds up, climbs up, and rains down ONE! The fans cheer Cassidy while Lee stumbles. Lee tags Dean, and now The Captain steps to Cassidy. Dean says go ahead, put the hands in the pockets. Cassidy says okay, and he raises his hands, to then slowly, slowly, put them in his pockets!
The fans cheer as Cassidy then ducks ‘n’ dodges Dean, and still arm-drags Dean away! Dean runs up, Cassidy drops down to MONKEY FLIP! Then Cassidy kips up! The fans fire up, but Bravo storms in and whips him to a corner. Cassidy goes up, out, and ducks Bravo to bump him off buckles! Dean tries, but Cassidy bumps him off buckles! Bravo tries again, he just gets buckles! Dean tries again, he just gets buckles! The fans fire up as Cassidy climbs, but Lee trips him up! Cassidy tries again, but the CARLIE CROSSOVER hits, then a feed to the SLINGSHOT SPEAR! Lee drags Cassidy to the apron, the ref is still distracted, Shane Taylor hits a GUILLOTINE LEG DROP! The fans boo but STP has taken control while Collision goes to picture in picture!
Lee drags Cassidy up, puts him in the ring, and Dean covers, TWO! Dean drags Cassidy up, whips him to ropes, then BODY BLOWS! Cassidy falls in a heap but Dean soaks up heat. Dean stomps Cassidy, drags him up, then bumps him off buckles. Dean tags Bravo to send him in for the SPLASH! Dean adds a SPLASH, then scoops while Bravo goes up, KNEE DROP SIDEWALK SLAM COMBO! Cover, Briscoe breaks it! Bravo is upset, but he CLUBS Cassidy. Cassidy fights the suplex, Bravo CLUBS him again and again, then suplexes through! Cover, TWO! Cassidy toughs it out but Bravo drags Cassidy over to the corner.
Dean tags in, The Infantry stomps away on Cassidy, but the ref counts. Dean stops to kneel on Cassidy, then steps off again. Cassidy throws “shots” on the leg, but Dean stomps Cassidy down! Dean then BLASTS Briscoe & Kyle! The ref reprimands but that just lets Bravo CHOKE Cassidy! The ref reprimands Bravo now as Collision returns to single picture. Dean asks, “Is this camera on me? B! B! C!” BRONCO BUSTER CAPTAIN! Dean bounces, Bravo says if you see Cap in that corner, yo’ ass is a goner! Dean drags Cassidy up, tags Bravo, and Dean sends Bravo in for the SPLASH! Then feed to Dean, but Cassidy tilt-o-whirl DDTS!
The fans fire up but Bravo hurries to anchor a foot! Cassidy reaches out, reaches out, but Bravo drags him back! Cassidy BOOTS Bravo away, Lee tags in, and Lee BOOTS Briscoe down! But facing Moxley has been the biggest test of Kyle’s career, so what’s one more test? This Wednesday, it’s a title eliminator, and after Kyle makes Moxley submit again, he is putting all his chips in and goes Double or Nothing! Briscoe says damn right, Kyle. And speaking of Dynamite, Tommaso Ciampa, Briscoe put it plain and clear, but he hasn’t heard a word from Ciampa! If Ciampa’s scared, he should just say it! Cassidy says Willow needs to say something.
Willow says sure, okay. Great job, guys, really. But for her, Double or Nothing, it will be TRIPLE or nothing, because she has THIS bad boy, the TBS Championship! But she’s also coming for The Owen, and the World Championship! As for tonight, Red Velvet may have beaten Willow to qualify for The Owen, but that won’t happen tonight. Before making her entrance, the ROH Women’s World TV Champion tells Willow, “The Comeback Killer,” that she’s still salty that Willow is in The Owen and Velvet is not. Tonight, she takes out all her frustrations every time she stirs it up and punches Willow in the face. Yeah, Velvet beat Willow before. And in fact, she’ll beat Willow for that TBS title right now!
The introductions are made, the teal belt is raised, and we see if The Babe with The Power is still the Face of TBS!
The bell rings and the fans rally as the two circle. They tie up, Willow powers Velvet to a corner, and the ref counts. Willow backs off, and she flexes as she fires the fans up. The two reset, tie up, and Willow SHOVES Velvet away. Velvet is frustrated as she comes back and resets with Willow again. Velvet then slips around Willow, waistlocks, but Willow wrenches out. Velvet wrenches back, top wristlocks, but Willow stays up. Velvet kicks and TRIPS Willow, then steps over to LEG DROP on the arm scissor! The fans rally as Willow rolls and stacks Velvet, TWO! Willow gut wrenches, but Velvet slips through! Willow ducks, but the superkick still scuffs her!
Willow says okay, okay, and she resets with Velvet. The fans rally behind Willow as she offers a handshake. Velvet accepts, but then arm- NO! Willow stops the arm-drag, and the next one, then whips Velvet to RUN her over! Willow fires up, the fans cheer, and things keep moving. Velvet runs up to CALF KICK! Willow flounders to a corner and Velvet storms up on her. Velvet fires body shots, then stomps Willow down. The ref counts but Velvet does the splits as she digs her boot in! The fans are torn but Willow pushes the foot away. Velvet runs back up, but Willow dodges to LARIAT again and again! The fans count all the way to TEN!
Willow short arm- NO, Velvet ducks the shot, but Willow ELBOWS her! Willow fireman’s carries, Velvet sunset flips, but Velvet avoids the hip drop! Ghost pin, TWO! Willow FISHERMAN SUPLEXES! A deep bridge, TWO! Not quite perfect but Willow shrugs that off. Willow runs, but Velvet avoids the senton! Velvet hurries to STANDING MOONSAULT! Cover, TWO! Velvet snarls while Willow bails out. But just like last night, Sammy hushes “Chica” Lexy, and says, “Everybody’s Favorite Pillar is about to talk, so zip it and listen. Darby, I don’t need to call my shot against you because I looked through the history books, and history’s on my side. I’ve beaten you not once, not twice, not three times, I’ve beaten you four times. When I look at the history books, I’m a three-time TNT Champion while you, you’ve only held that belt twice.
“So I’m gonna beat you tonight like I’ve beaten you before. I’m gonna stamp my ticket to Double or Nothing, and MJF, I know you’re watching, you sociopath. I’m gonna beat you next week and I’m gonna shave you BALD! But don’t worry, I’ll give you a nice little fade. Because I am the best! I am the best wrestler, I am the best talker, I am the best this planet has! I’m the Spanish God, dammit! Collision returns and Lexy is now with said AEW World Champion. She brings up the five title defenses in 21 days, an AEW record! But tonight is number six against someone Darby’s known for a long time in Sammy Guevara. Darby says when he showed up today, he asked if anyone had seen MJF yet. Then he thought, “What a stupid question. Of course he’s not gonna be at Collision.” MJF is not a company man, he only cares about himself. And those same people asked back, why is Darby back? Why is Darby defending his title again? Double or Nothing is next Sunday, why is Darby risking losing this? Because Darby loves this!
And if there’s anyone in this company as crazy as Darby, it is Sammy Guevara. Darby loves it! Darby realizes this could all end tonight, and Speedball wants his match on Wednesday? Well, if Darby walks out here tonight, then on Dynamite, it’s Showtime! Darby thanks Lexy then heads back out. Will the Relentless Reign be an unstoppable one? Or is this one Collision Darby will not walk away from?

Tommaso Ciampa is CHOKING Mark Briscoe out! The Psycho Killer SMACKS Briscoe off road cases, and says how dare Briscoe call him out! Their brawl now moves onto the stage! The fans boo as Ciampa fires hands on Briscoe as they go down the ramp! Ciampa whips, Briscoe reverses, and Ciampa hits barriers hard! Briscoe stomps away on Ciampa, the fans fire up, and Briscoe whips Ciampa into more barriers! Briscoe throws a chair into the ring, then he drags Ciampa up and in. Ciampa bails out, but Briscoe DIVES! Down goes Ciampa, and Briscoe just throws another chair into the ring! Briscoe CLUBS away on Ciampa, then brings him up.
Ciampa BODY SHOTS, but Briscoe sends Ciampa into the steel steps! Briscoe puts Ciampa in the ring, stomps him, then positions the chairs. Briscoe reels Ciampa in, underhooks, but Ciampa fights the lift! Ciampa then LOW BLOWS Briscoe! The fans boo but Ciampa just scowls. Ciampa then grabs a chair, and he SMACKS Briscoe on the back! Briscoe writhes, the fans boo, but Ciampa just stalks Briscoe to a corner. Ciampa DIGS a chair into Briscoe’s bad shoulder! The fans boo but Ciampa soaks up heat. Ciampa then brings Briscoe up, bumps him off buckles, and hoists him up top. Ciampa CHOPS, Briscoe sputters, but Ciampa gets the chairs!
Ciampa wants to recreate what put Briscoe on the shelf the past month! Ciampa JAMS Briscoe up with a chair first before putting it side-by-side with the other. Ciampa then climbs up, soaks up heat, and vows to end Briscoe once and for all! But then Kyle & Cassidy rush out here! Ciampa runs away from The Conglomeration, but he warns them all that he’ll get them for this! Briscoe grabs a mic to shout at Ciampa, “You ain’t nothin’ but a punk, son! You wanna do it like that? Sounds like to me Wednesday night, the only right thing to do is to make this ANYTHING GOES! NO DISQUALIFICATIONS!” The fans like the sound of that!

Joe fires fast hands, a KICK, and Lethal flounders away! The fans cheer while Joe digs his boot into Lethal’s face, then scrapes him!
Joe storms up on Lee, Lee backs off, but Lethal bails out. The fans boo but Joe just tags Bowens in. Bowens dares Lethal to come back, but Lethal tags Lee. The fans cheer Bowens as he circles with Lee. They tie up, Bowens headlocks, but Lee powers up and out. Bowens RUNS Lee over, then runs the ropes, but Lee drops down, blows past, and slides under to then headlock takeover. Bowens headscissors, Lee kips free, but roles reverse as Bowens hits a headlock takeover. Lee headscissors, Bowens kips free, but Lee kicks low! Lee mocks the scissor fingers, then whips corner to corner. Bowens goes up, over, but Lee goes up and over in return!
Lee flips Bowens off, but Bowens THROWS Lee to the corner! Bowens CHOPS, CHOPS, CHOPS, then stomps, stomps, stomps! The ref counts, Bowens backs off, and the fans cheer the Pride of Pro-Wrestling as he jukes the ref to stomp Lee again! The ref counts, Bowens stops, and Lee bails out. Bowens goes outside after Lee, but Lethal runs up! Bowens mule kicks Lethal first, then RAMS him into the apron! And again! And again! The ref reprimands, Joe has his guy back off, but he is definitely impressed. Bowens hurries back into the ring to storm up on Lee, but Lee throat chops! Lee goes for a corner but Bowens blocks the bump to give a bump!
Tag to Joe, and Bowens clinches Lee into the RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP! Joe then runs up to SENTON! Cover, TWO! Lee toughs it out but Joe looms over him. Joe drags Lee up, puts him in a corner, then whips corner to corner. Lethal hurries to soften the impact, Lee runs up on Joe, but Joe dodges Lee so he can CHOP Lethal on the back! Blake gets up, but backflips away before Joe can grab him! Lee HOTSHOT BULLDOGS Joe, and Lethal MISSILE DROPKICKS! The Lethal Twist makes the numbers game work in their favor, but fans boo while Collision goes picture in picture.

The fans cheer, and now Joe speaks on the mic. “Oh, Ospreaaaay~…! Do you understand what I do for my friends? But unfortunately, decisions have consequences, and you chose a different road, Will. So allow me to say this: I am truly beyond honored that you consider facing me a dream match.” The fans cheer that, but Joe says it’s just unfortunate that when he gets Ospreay in the ring, “it’ll be nothing but a nightmare.”

Backstage interview with #Brodido.
Lexy Nair is with Brody King & Bandido, and wants to talk the Owen Hart Tournament. Brody is set to face Claudio while Bandido is up against Swerve Strickland. Now, if they both win their matches, that pits them against teach other in the semifinals. But what they also needs to talk about is last night, Supercard of Honor, Bandido retained the title, only for Swerve to attack. Brody tells Swerve that he warned him about what would happen if Swerve messed with the people Brody cared about! Next time Brody sees Swerve, he’ll- Bandido stops Brody there, and says no, no, hermano. Bandido loves you, but this is Bandido’s battle, and Brody needs to respect that.
So Bandido tells Swerve that this is a battle Swerve will not win! Swerve may be the Most Dangerous, but Bandido is the Most Wanted! And after Double or Nothing when Bandido beats Swerve, Swerve won’t be a danger to anyone anymore! Both sides of Brodido have spoken, but will either of them knock down Swerve’s House? Or will Swerve’s thirst for power be satiated with the Owen Hart Cup?

And the uncertainty, Hikaru Shida, says even though it is every one for themselves, she knows she and Kris will be on the same page, just like always! Kris says y’know who really has her back? Kris herself! That’s all she needs! Jamie warns Thekla that she’s gonna find out, unfinished business is her favorite kind!

Lexy Nair is with the ROH Women’s World Champion and the Fighting Gravure Idol, and thanks them for accepting the No Physicality Agreement. They are on a collision course in the opening round of the Owen Hart Tournament, this has gotta be a tough one. Athena says maybe, maybe not, but the facts are this: Athena has been the ROH Women’s World Champion for over 1252 DAYS, and has left of dozens of bodies in her wake. Pretty sure Mina’s one of them. Mina says last year at All In, Athena broke Mina’s hand. Athena says so what! Last year at Death Before Dishonor, she kicked Mina’s ass all over the arena! Why does Mina think this match will be any different?
Mina laughs and says last night at Supercard, when she locked in the Figure Four on her opponent, she dreamt it was Athena. Athena says Mina is dreaming of her! So flattered! But she hopes Mina has the best dream tonight: Mina’s dead body in a ditch, next to her precious Toni Storm! Mina tells Athena that Mina has dreamt of winning The Owen and the AEW Women’s World title, while ending Athena! She can’t dream anymore, because now she will live it! Athena says sure, sure. They argue, but Lexy keeps them from getting physical! Will the Fallen Goddess be unstoppable even in AEW? Or will The Owen will be about #MinaNow?

Nigel McGuinness tracked down The Problem Child, and walks over. Lio says hey, Nigel! Good to see you! He saw Nigel put in that work last night, he did great. He did really good. Nigel appreciates that, that’s what he wants to talk about. Specifically, what happened between Lio and his former tag team partner, Action Andretti. Action cost Lio the ROH World TV Championship, what is Lio’s response? Lio says it’s all fine! It’s fine! These things happen, Nigel. Losses happen, friends get upset. It’s fine. It’s fine. Lio keeps saying that, and Nigel says that is the official response. Lio again says it’s good to see Nigel.
But then Lio takes off his sunglasses to show off those creepy eyes. He smiles, and that black goo drools out… Lio continues to say it’s fine, but is it anything but fine? Or should Action learn to sleep with one eye open?

They beat Davis down in the corner and the fans fire up! The ref counts, The Rascalz back off, then Zach tags Dez back in. They double whip but The dogs bail Davis out. The fans boo but The Rascalz run up to TRIPLE BOOT Davis & The Dogs down! Then they build speed, only for The Dogs to CLOBBER Zach & Myron!
Dez DIVES, but Davis catches him! And CHOPS him down! The Dogs beat up on Zach & Myron on the outside, Davis CHOKES Dez with a chair, but the ref reprimands. Davis puts Dez in the ring, Finlay CHOKES Myron while Connors whips, but Zach reverses! Connors hits railing hard and writhes on the floor. Myron whips Finlay into railing, and Dez dodges Davis as Davis runs up in the corner! Dez ENZIGIRIS again and again and again! Then Zach joins in, ENZIGIRI GAMANGIRI SANDWICH! The Dogs use Dez to CLOBBER Zach, and THROW him at Myron! The Dogs whip Zach, DOUBLE ELBOW, then SENTON! SLIDING SHOULDER! Davis SENTONS on top! The fans boo but Davis & The Dogs soak it up while Collision goes picture in picture.
Davis drags Zach up just to CLUB him down. Then he drags Zach up to whip hard into the corner. Davis tags Connors, Connors ROCKS Zach, then ROCKS him again. But Zach hits back! Zach backs Connors down, but Connors UPPERCUTS him down! Connors taunts the fans and The Rascalz, then drags Zach back up. Connors RAMS Zach into the corner, tags Finlay, and Finlay stomps away on Zach. The ref counts, Finlay stops, but then Davis CHOKES Zach behinds the ref’s back! Davis gets away with it, then flexes to soak up heat. Finlay puts Zach on the ropes, backs off as the ref reprimands, but that lets Connors CLOBBER Zach!
Finlay then hoists Zach up, BROKEN ARROW! Zach gets distance from that throw, and Finlay flexes. Cover, TWO! Finlay drags Zach into shoulder claws, and Collision goes to break.
Collision returns as Zach fires body shots on Finlay, but Finlay throat chops! Zach sputters, Finlay tags Connors, and they double whip Zach, but Zach BLASTS Davis! Finlay runs up, blocks a boot, but Zach reels him in, pushes him down, then hops over! Zach then slips under Connors, but Connors gets a leg! Zach BOOTS Connors into Finlay! Zach crawls, but Connors BLASTS The Rascalz! The fans boo but Connors CLOBBERS Zach, too! Connors soaks up heat then drags Zach up. Connors whips, Zach handsprings, JUMP KNEE! Anna gives all the respect to Willow, her moves hurt. Maybe Anna dove into the deep end, but she didn’t drown. So while Willow is still TBS Champion, maybe Willow isn’t quite the Comeback Killer. Anna came back, is still here, and there is still a lot left for them to do. And by that, she means her and Tay Melo! The besties reunite, and Tay says if Anna is back, and she is back, then there’s one thing they gotta do.
Anna tells if they wanna find out what that is, #JustTryUs! TayJay is back again, but are they going to fight their way right to the Divine Dominion’s tag titles?

The Relentless One may have gotten MJF to accept the Double or Nothing challenge, but he is always up for a fight! The Spanish God still has the ROH World Tag Team Championship around his waist, but he wants even more gold to show off to his wife and daughter! Who gets what they want tonight to then head for Queens, New York?
As he makes his entrance, Sammy brings a table out from under the ring and sets it up ringside, planning ahead for the wild fight he and Darby are about to have! The introductions are made, and Darby kneels down with the belt, only for Sammy to STOMP him into it!! The ref reprimands, the fans boo, but Sammy holds up the belt as if he’s already won it! Sammy puts the belt aside, the bell rings, and Sammy KNEES Darby right outta the ring! Sammy THROWS Darby into railing, THROWS him in again, then goes back to his table! Sammy puts the table by the stage, then he drags Darby up. Sammy THROWS Darby into more railing! And more railing!
Sammy grabs a ladder and he brings it over to his table! The ref reprimands, there are no count outs but there are still disqualifications! Sammy doesn’t seem to care, he still stands his ladder up near that table. Sammy then lines up a shot, and he JUMP KNEES Darby back down! “I’m gonna be the world champion! Me! Not him!” Sammy drags Darby up, puts him on the table, and he rains down fists! Sammy climbs the ladder, goes to the very top, and reminds us that he’s loco! SUPER SWANTON BOMB through the table!! The fans go nuts as Darby and Sammy are both down in the wreckage!
The ref checks both men, and Sammy sits up first. Sammy drags Darby up with a headlock, brings him to the ring, and Sammy covers, TWO!! Darby survives and Sammy is furious! Sammy drags Darby up, torture racks, and GO TO- NO, Darby blocks and turns Sammy over! SCORPION DEATH LOCK!!! Sammy endures, reaches out, but Darby is looking dizzy! Darby falls over?! Sammy grins as Darby sputters, but the ref has Sammy hold on, he needs to check! Darby is conscious but dazed, and Sammy hurries to the apron. Springboard FROG SPLASH! Cover, TWO!! Darby survives and Sammy is beside himself!
Sammy pushes Darby to a cover, TWO! Darby refuses to give up, despite how it looks. Sammy puts Darby up top, but Darby fires body shots! Darby HEADBUTTS Sammy down, then adjusts, but Sammy trips Darby up! Darby hits buckle, then apron, then floor! Sammy soaks up the heat while the ref checks Darby again. Darby flounders and crawls but refuses to stop, so Sammy fires hands! Sammy climbs up on Darby but Darby fires hands in return! Darby shoves Sammy, Sammy goes up the steps and JUMP SOBATS! Sammy puts Darby in the ring, drags him up, then KNEES him low! Sammy grins, suplexes, and that’s just Uno Amigo! That means “One Friend.” Sammy hits Dos Amigos! Then THREE AMIGOS! Cover, TWO! Sammy is frustrated as Darby survives again. Sammy clamps on with a chinlock, not quite a bulldog choke, but Darby is still sputtering for air. The fans rally as hard as they can, and Darby rises up to fire body shots! Darby runs, but Sammy SUPERKICKS! Darby falls, Sammy covers, TWO!! Darby scrambles away but Sammy stalks him, and Collision goes picture in picture.
Sammy digs his boot into Darby’s face at the ropes, but the ref counts. Sammy stops, talks some trash, then stalks Darby to a corner. Sammy drags Darby up, whips him corner to corner hard, and Darby flounders out of the ring. Sammy pursues, drags Darby up, and he talks more trash on the fans. Sammy stands Darby up to ROCK him, then push him around. Sammy drags Darby up and THROWS him into railing! Sammy talks more trash, then walks around commentary so he can take a headset and tell everyone what he’s doing as he does it! He stomps Darby, taunts him, then has to go follow Darby around the way.
Sammy follows Darby into the ring, stands him up, but Darby fires hands! Sammy KNEES low, KNEES again and again, then ROCKS Darby! Darby falls over, but Sammy CHOKES Darby on the ropes! The ref counts, Sammy stops, and Darby coughs and sputters again. Sammy has the legs, he puts Darby under the ring, CATAPULT GUILLOTINE! Darby writhes and coughs again, but Sammy steps out to the apron. Sammy looms over Darby, drags him up by his chain, and Collision returns to single picture. Darby fights the suplex, then blocks a kick to FLIP Sammy! Sammy lands on his feet, but Darby SHOTGUNS Sammy down!
The fans fire up as Darby rises again! Darby has his second wind and he builds speed to DIVE! Into a CUTTER on the floor! Sammy puts Darby back in, Sammy springboards in, but into a REAR NAKED CHOKE!! Darby catches Sammy now and the fans fire up! Sammy flails, reaches out, but Darby pushes him down with his body weight! Sammy still endures, crawls forward, and reaches the ROPEBREAK! Darby lets go and the fans rally up again. Fans hope these two “FIGHT FOREVER!” but this has to end somehow. Darby sees Sammy on the apron, and he goes to the corner! Darby climbs, but Sammy rolls to the far side.
Darby hops down, waits on Sammy to stand, and he runs up, but into an eye poke! Sammy hoe up, and he APRON DOUBLE STOMPS Darby down! Cover, TWO!! Sammy is frustrated but he drags Darby up to the top rope. Sammy climbs up to join Darby, but Darby fights the suplex! They trade body shots, and Darby SHOVES Sammy! Sammy backflips through! Sammy is right back up top, SUPER SPANISH FLY!! Sammy crawls to the cover, TWO! Sammy clutches his knee and grits his teeth. Sammy brings the kneepad down to release some pressure, then stands up. The fans rally as Sammy hobbles over to Darby, but Darby JAWBREAKERS!
Sammy staggers, Darby runs up and fires forearms! The fans fire up as Darby roars and runs, but into a SUPERKICK! Darby wobbles, Sammy runs, but Darby blows past! Springboard and COFFIN SPLASH! The fans fire up again as Darby fires fast hands, RAMS low, then hops on, CODE RED! Cover, TWO!! Sammy survives and Darby is stunned! The fans rally up as Darby has Sammy in the dragon sleeper! But Sammy fires knees, snapmares free, only for Darby to ELBOW him away! Darby climbs, but Sammy SUPERKICKS the legs! Torture rack and GO TO HOSPITAL! Darby staggers around, but Sammy torture racks again! GO TO HOSPITAL!!
Darby flops down and Sammy goes to the corner! Sammy goes up top, FROG SPLASH!! Cover, TWO?!?! Sammy has no words, English or Spanish, but Darby flops out of the ring. Sammy goes out after Darby, and he brings out the other table! The fans rally as Sammy brings it over to set up by ringside. Sammy makes sure it is angled just right before he puts Darby on it. The fans boo, but then Sammy goes to the corner! Sammy climbs, reminds us again that he’s loco, and Sammy SUPER 630s only through the table!! Darby avoids disaster, then he puts Sammy back in! COFFIN DROP!!! Cover, DARBY WINS!

As if his reign wasn’t wild and reckless before, Darby just doubled down with Sammy here tonight! And yet, he’s now set for a showdown with Speedball in Portland! Will no one and nothing stop Darby Allin from doing this again and again? Or is he about to write a check his body can’t cash?
My Thoughts:
A great Collision that not only fed Double or Nothing but did a great job following up ROH Supercard of Honor, assuring fans that ROH does matter after all, despite the lack of building contenders and therefore new champions. I mean, Athena is STILL champion, even when Survival of the Fittest was the best way to dethrone her while protecting her. But good interaction from Athena and Mina ahead of their Owen Hart Cup match, and if Athena is going to still be champion even now, she might as well just be a finalist already. On the other end, it’d be great if Willow also got to the finals to potentially be a two-time Queen of Harts.
Speaking of Willow, great promo with Conglomeration, great match with Red Velvet, but with Velvet still the ROH Women’s World TV Champion, it makes sense that Willow retains her title. Great Six Man Tag from Conglomeration VS Shane Taylor Promotions, and The Conglomeration’s win helps them build momentum towards all their stories. Very good promo from Kyle, very good promo from Death Riders, and I feel like Kyle should at least last the 20 minute time limit to earn his title match with Moxley for Double or Nothing. Meanwhile, Cassidy & Roddy are NOT winning against FTR, FTR has to settle things with Cope & Christian first.
Ciampa going after Briscoe, that whole brawl, and then Briscoe upping the ante for Dynamite, that No Disqualification match is going to be awesome. Very good tag match of Joe & Bowens VS Lethal & Lee, with a good win for The Opps. Very good promo from Joe & Bowens after, and a very good promo from Ospreay, too. Joe VS Ospreay could be a show stealer, but I would think Ospreay wins so that his story with The Death Riders can be part of the Owen Cup. TayJay being back together is great, and I can see them going right at Divine Dominion and easily lasting the five minutes to then earn their title match later on.
Great Six Man Tag of Davis & Dogs VS Rascalz, but with Stadium Stampede looming, naturally Davis & Dogs won to bring momentum for their team. I’d expect The Demand to have their own tune-up for the three-hour super show go-home next week, but they might’ve announced that tonight if that were the case. Very good promo from Lio Rush to further this Jekyll & Hyde/Smeagle & Gollum type of gimmick for him. For those who didn’t watch Supercard (or haven’t read my article on it), Action Andretti turned on Lio Rush and partially blamed Lio’s new dark side for it. RIP CRU, we hardly knew you, but Action VS this Lio is going to be great stuff between AEW and ROH programming.
And of course, another insane instant classic from Darby Allin as he and Sammy use No Count Outs to get hardcore. Good bit of selling from Darby to tease his body giving out on him, but naturally he wins out. They might do a similar spot during his match against Speedball on Wednesday to make it seem MJF has a chance of taking the title at Double or Nothing.

Darby has made it clear that if MJF doesn’t sign said contract, Darby will never allow MJF to face him for the title again. We all know how important the title is for MJF, but is MJF willing to put his hair on the line for it? MJF just chuckles and moves on, but he notices the very bald Rick Knox, Bryce Remsburg, and the head of security, David Aponte. And then various bald members of the production staff…
And then even Christopher Daniels & Sonjay Dutt are there! Daniels and Sonjay chuckle before moving on, and then MJF sees John Silver flexing. Brandon Cutler, some arena staff, and even Tommaso Ciampa, all bald. Then last but certainly not least, Ricochet! He tells MJF that don’t worry, he’ll look great. Just not as good as Ricochet. AHA~! MJF storms off, will he have no choice but to choose between gold belt and chrome dome?

While we know the AEW World Tag Team Championship match will be a conglomeration of I Quit Match and New York Street Fight, THE Conglomeration will be waiting on the other side for their own tag title match. And let’s not forget that Matt & Nick Jackson want their own shot at those titles again. With that, can Freshly Squeezed work together with C&C and The Bucks? Or will the Psycho Killer, the Dogs, and the Top Guys all stand tall on the road to Double or Nothing?
The teams sort out and the teams just brawl it out! The fans cheer as The Bucks have The Dogs, Cope is after Ciampa, Christian is after Cash, and Dax brawls with Cassidy! Dax bumps Cassidy off buckles but Cassidy ducks the haymaker to waistlock. The Bucks, Cope & Christian clear everyone else out, then take the brawl outside! Dax ROCKS Cassidy to send him out, and the fans fire up as Matt fires hands on 100 Proof right by commentary! Ciampa whips Cope but Cope reverses, sending Ciampa into barriers! Cash sends Christian into railing, then CLOBBERS Cassidy! Nick fires hands on Finlay, Cassidy sends Cash into railing!
Cassidy and Dax meet in the ring, Dax ROCKS and CHOPS Cassidy, but Nick sends Finlay into railing! Dax DECKS Cassidy, throws hands on Cope, but Cope fires back! The fans fire up but the ref reprimands! Cope DECKS Dax, and wait, Christian and Cash are brawling in the crowd! Same for Matt and Connors! Finlay CLAWS Nick’s face, Cassidy ROCKS Dax, and Cassidy whips. Dax reverses, Cassidy goes up and out to then SMACK Dax off buckles! Cassidy goes up, Ciampa BOOTS Nick, and Dax trips Cassidy. Dax CHOPS Cassidy, climbs up after him, and goes to the very top! The fans boo but Dax stands Cassidy up, SUPER DUPER PLEX!
Dax then rolls through to suplex again, but Cassidy STUN-DOG MILLIONAIRES! Cassidy runs, tilt-o-whirls, and DDTS! Cassidy kips up, the fans fire up, but Finlay sends Nick into steel steps! #BigStoke grabs Cassidy’s foot, Cash CLOBBERS Cassidy! The fans boo but Dax puts Cassidy in the corner to tag Ciampa. FTR and the Psycho Killer mug Cassidy! The fans boo and the ref reprimands, but Ciampa stands Cassidy up. Cassidy blocks the chop! And he blocks another chop! The fans cheer but Ciampa kicks low and CHOPS again! The fans boo but Ciampa soaks up that heat. Ciampa drags Cassidy by a leg, turns him over, but Cassidy fights around!
Cassidy kicks and kicks but Ciampa drags him back! Cassidy turns to BOOT Ciampa away! Dax tags in and he CLOBBERS Cassidy! The fans boo but Dax flips them off. Dax whips Cassidy, runs up, but Cassidy dodges! Dax POSTS himself! Both men are down, hot tags to Cash and Nick! Nick rallies on FTR with haymakers, BLASTS Ciampa, but Cash kicks low! FTR whips, DOUBLE HIP- NO, Nick lands out, MEETING OF TEH MINDS! Then DOUBLE WHEEL KICK! The fans fire up as Nick then DROPKICKS Dax out! The Dogs run up, but Nick knuckle locks and CHOPS Finlay! Then Nick jumps over Connors, SUPERKICKS, and he goes for the corner!
Nick goes up, up, and “LUCHA LIBRE~!” FLYING ARM-DRAG RANA COMBO! The fans are thunderous and Nick tags Matt. Nick whips Finlay, Finlay reverses, but Nick goes up and over. Matt SUPERKICKS Finlay! Nick SHINING WIZARDS Connors, adds a GAMANGIRI, then The Bucks DOUBLE BULLDOG with the high-five! The fans fire up again as Matt winds up. Matt WRECKS FTR with a dropkick, then holds the way open, Nick FLIES onto FTR & Ciampa! But Connors back suplexes! Matt lands out, and NORTHERN LIGHTS! Roll through, NORTHERN LIGHTS! The Polar Express is getting going, and Finlay joins the ride! DOUBLE NORTHERN LIGHTS!
The fans are electric and it’s not just the volt green! Time for a SUPERKICK PARTAY~! Wait, Stokely grabs a foot each! The fans boo, the ref reprimands, but Stoke can’t even trip The Bucks up. The Bucks drag Stoke in! Stoke pleads for mercy, but FTR runs up! The Bucks dodge, mule kick, then SUPERKICK for Dax! SUPERKICK for Cash! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS on The Dogs! Then FTR is sent into The Dogs before DOUBLE SUPERKICKS! Ciampa runs up to waistlock but Nick switches. Ciampa BOOTS Matt away, ELBOWS Nick, but Matt dodges, PSYCHO KNEE into Cash! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS for Ciampa!
The fans fire up again, and The Bucks see C&C. They point to Christian, and the fans cheer! Christian steps in, the ref reprimands but Cope argues with the ref. This distraction lets Christian LOW BLOW Cash! DOUBLE SUPERKICKS for Cash! Christian covers, TWO! Cash survives, the fans boo, but Christian rains down fists while Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Christian puts Cash in the corner to CHPO, CHOP, and then rain down fists! Christian goes past TEN, maybe to fifteen, then stops. Cash sputters, Stoke talks trash, but Christian grabs Stoke! Cash CLUBS Christian, Ciampa HOTSHOTS the bad arm, and Ciampa hurries to tag in. Ciampa drags Christian around, SLAMS the bad arm off the mat, then SLAMS the arm again! Ciampa POSTS Christian, and Christian falls to the apron. The ref keeps his eyes on the rest of the team so they stay back. Ciampa goes out, and he SWINGS the bad arm into the post! Christian scrambles away, clutching the arm, but Ciampa taunts Cope with a wave.
Ciampa tags Connors, Connors tags Finlay, and The Dogs stomp away on Christian. Finlay clamps onto the bad hand, bends the fingers, then JAMS them into the mat! The ref reprimands but Finlay anchors Christian while he tags in Dax. Dax CHOPS Christian, DECKS him, then taunts Cope and The Bucks. The Bucks rally the fans, Cope coaches Christian up, but Dax brings Christian around. Christian blocks a shot to hit back, but then Dax kicks low! Dynamite returns to single picture as Dax UPPERCUTS Christian back to the corner. Stoke is on commentary suddenly to say Christian tried to steal Stoke’s watch, aka the watch Stoke stole from Christian.
But Christian fires back on Dax and the whole corner! Then he and Dax DOUBLE LARIAT! The fans fire up while both men are down! Christian crawls, but we can see Cash and The Dogs sneaking over! They and Ciampa YANK down Cope, Cassidy and The Bucks! The fans boo but Dax drags Christian back to center. Dax kicks and scuffs Christian, then talks trash. But Christian slips around to chicken wing the arms! Dax shoves Christian away, but Christian turns around, NOGGIN KNOCKER! Both men are down and the fans fire up again! Cope snarls as he rises up, hot tags to Cope and Connors!
The fans fire up as The Rated R Superstar rallies on everyone! LARIAT for Cash! ELBOW for Dax! Cope TOSSES Finlay out onto Ciampa and Cash! BOOT for Connors! The fans fire up again and Cope goes to a corner. Cope is feeling it, and he aims at Connors. But then Finlay grabs a leg! The fans boo, but Nick SUPERKICKS Finlay! Connors runs up, Nick RAMS him low! Then slingshot FACEBUSTER! And cartwheel ASAI MOONSAULT! COPE-O-SETIC for Connors, TWO! The fans rally as Cope keeps focus on Connors. Cope drags Connors up, whips him to the corner, then Nick runs up! Connors puts Nick out, then he puts Matt out!
But Christian is back, and he coordinates with The Bucks, LARIAT DOUBLE ENZIGIRI on Connors! Then Cassidy somersaults for a “powerful” back elbow! Finlay runs up, Cassidy kicks the legs out! Finlay hits buckles but Ciampa runs up! Christian sends him into Cash, then dragon sleepers Ciampa. Christian sees Dax run up, kicks him low, and gets him in the same hold, DOUBLE REVERSE DDTS! The fans fire up as FTR, Ciampa and Finlay are all in drop zones! “This is Awesome!” as Cassidy, Christian and The Bucks climb the corners. Connors runs up on Cope, but Cope snatches him into a facelock!
Cope acts as air traffic control as he coordinates everyone, QUADRUPLE MACHO ELBOWS before an IMPALER!! Cover, TWO!! Connors survives and the fans can’t believe it! Ciampa and Finlay get up, The Bucks BLAST them, then DIVE! Down they go at ramp side, then Christian and Cassidy bump into each other. The fans cheer “A E DUB! A E DUB!” for making this the opener! Cassidy puts his hands up, but Christian stops him. Christian shakes his head, but then Cassidy makes Christian put his hands in his pockets! The fans fire up as Christian just THROWS Cassidy out onto FTR! Christian then goes up, up, and SUPER CROSSBODIES The Dogs!
Cope calls out a shot, runs, but into a SHATTER MACHINE!! FTR snatches Cope outta nowhere, Connors makes the cover, but Cassidy breaks it! The fans fire up as now FTR has Cassidy surrounded. But Cassidy “unleashes” his kicks! The fans go nuts with every shot, but FTR shoves Cassidy! SHATTER- DOUBLE SUPERKICKS on Cash! Cassidy fights free of Dax, but Dax blocks Nick’s Superkick! Dax sends it into Matt! Nick SUPERKICKS through after all! Finlay clinches, IRISH CURSE BACKBREAKER on Nick! Matt feints the kick to DDT! But then Ciampa KNEES Matt down! Christian chicken wings Ciampa, turns him around, KILLSWITCH!
Connors JEEP FLIPS Christian! Connors then stalks Cope while the fans boo. Connors lines up a shot, Cope rises to his feet, Connors runs in! But Cope jumps over Connors’ spear, sending it into Dax! The fans fire up, Stoke freaks out, and The Bucks join Cope in the ring. They TRIPLE SUPERKICK Connors! Cassidy is in, ORANGE PUNCH! SPEAR from Cope!! Cover, C&C Conglomeration Bucks win!

Another star-studded 10 Man Tag, and it was a huge win for all the hungry contenders. Christian doesn’t wanna celebrate, but he does signal that he and Cope will be champions. Will putting their tag team legacy on the line be enough to take the gold? Or will Double or Nothing be the last night that team reeks of awesomeness?
Will Ospreay continues to train with The Death Riders.
They’re outside this time, Claudio Castagnoli playing some wall ball with Marina Shafir and Pac. Daniel Garcia says, “Tonight is the night that we’ve all been waiting for: The Aerial Assassin, Will Ospreay, is cleared and back on Dynamite. And rumor has it, the kid’s been working real hard and he’s got some new tricks up his sleeves. So Young Boy Billy, tonight you gotta show me something, c’mon.” Garcia gets a quick turn in on wall ball while cameras move over. Ospreay is maintaining a neck bridge while Jon Moxley uses Wheeler Yuta as a living dummy to show just how to push and pull and bend and twist on the various chinlocks and headlocks.
Use the right arm to push against the head, then snake in the left arm for the sleeper. Pry and shoot. Moxley asks how Ospreay feels. Ospreay lets off the bridge and says honestly, the best he’s felt in forever. Moxley asks if Ospreay remembers the night he won the Best of the Super Juniors. Yeah, 2019. AKA a lifetime ago. Ospreay was carefree, flew like a bird, for no other reason than that’s just what birds do. So simple back then, chasing that feeling, like no other feeling in the world. Can’t really grab it in your hands for more than a few seconds. The joy of doing it. Then everybody comes in and tries to make it so overcomplicated.
Years pass, life happens, a family starts, responsibilities show up, bad things happen, bad choices catch up to you, and it’s all weight on your shoulders. You feel like you can’t fly. But Moxley will tell you something: Nothing is different. Nothing has changed. All those things are still gonna be there, but you can still fly. You’re just more dangerous now. You’re a bird of prey. Moxley checks on Yuta and says dammit, if you’re gonna snap a headlock, snap the headlock!
Moxley storms off to instruct his pupil, but will Ospreay use everything he has been taught to great effect? Or will he have to fold against Ace Austin?

They stand with Mark Davis of the Don Callis Family and Ricochet says we all know Jericho does a lot of talking out of his ass while The Demand gets things done. Just like Davis did when he defeated Jack for the AEW National Championship at Fairway to Hell. Hold it with pride, Davis, Ricochet knows you’ll do it well. Davis says he’s got this. Ricochet says Davis has joined the dream team, but he’s not the only one. Because compliments to Ricochet’s golfing buddy, Don Callis, look who else he’s sending: Andrade El Idolo! Gracias, amigo. But it doesn’t stop there, the train keeps rolling. Ricochet was just approached by two guys who have an ax to grind with the superkick sidekicks.
These two wanna fill out the last two spots, so who is Ricochet to say no to The Dogs? Finlay & Connors storm in, and Finlay says to put it simple, they will fight The Bucks in the streets, in the ring, but guess it’s fighting at Double or Nothing! If they want violence, if they want carnage, if they want chaos, who better than The Dogs?! The Dogs bark and Liona roars, but will these seven stand tall in the Big Apple?

Bailey dodges, Westbrook tiger feints through the ropes, but Bailey handsprings up and over! The fans fire up as Bailey ducks an elbow to whip. Westbrook goes up, around, but kinda fumbles his tumble. The fans cheer and jeer him for his attempt, but Westbrook blocks the boot! Westbrook FLIPS Bailey, springboards in, but Bailey dodges! TIME ADVENTURE!
Bailey pushes Westbrook down, goes up the corner, and the fans fire up for the ULTIMATE WEAPON! Cover, Bailey wins!

The fans cheer as Cage eggs Knight on. Knight urns, leaps, but into Cage’s arms! Cage uses Knight to do curls, then THROWS knight! Knight lands out, RAMS Cage, but Cage comes back! Knight RAMS Cage again, but it’s still not enough! Knight tries a bigger SHOULDER TACKLE, but Cage stays standing! Knight runs one more time, ducks ‘n’ dodges, SATELLITE- NO, Cage stops the DDT! Cage THROWS Knight away!
Knight staggers, Cage SUPERKICKS him down! “Who betta than Cage?!” The fans fire up as Cage storms up on Knight, stands him up, and bumps him off buckles. Cage RAMS into Knight, stands him up, then RAMS again! The ref counts, Cage CHOPS, and the fans cheer. Bailey rallies the fans but Archer coaches Cage, and Cage whips Knight hard into the corner! The fans are torn as Cage hauls Knight up. Cage ROCKS Knight, CHOPS him, then CHOKES him on the ropes! The ref counts, Cage stops at 4, then Cage stalks Knight. Cage stands Knight up, whips him to the corner, then runs in, only for Knight to BOOT! Cage still LARIATS!
Cage hauls Knight up, whips him to ropes, but Knight grabs ropes. Knight DUMPS Cage out, then DROPKICKS him down! Cage sputters, the fans fire up, and Knight builds speed to DIVE! But he bounces off Cage! Cage then fireman’s carries, APRON F5! Knight sputters but Cage goes up the steps to soak up cheers and jeers, all while Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Cage refreshes the ring count, drags Knight up again, and hits an APRON BACK SUPLEX! Knight writhes, Cage refreshes the count again, then he whips Knight into barriers! Knight practically falls into the laps of the front row! But Cage brings Knight around to CHOP him down! Cage soaks up the cheers and jeers before he brings Knight around again. Cage SMACKS Knight off the apron, then puts him in the ring. Cage storms into the ring, drags Knight by his legs, and ties the legs up into a TEXAS CLOVERLEAF! Knight endures as Cage sits deep! Knight powers up, fights his way forward, and he reaches to the ROPEBREAK!
The ref counts, Cage lets go at 4, but Cage brings Knight up. Knight CHOPS, CHOPS, and CHOPS, but Cage still doesn’t back down. Knight fires more shots, but Cage UPPERCUTS him down! Cage digs his boot into Knight at the corner, but he stops as the ref counts. Cage drags Knight up, puts him in a corner, and LARIATS! Cage wrenches to then SAIDO Knight away! Knight flounders to the apron, Cage soaks up more cheers and jeers, and Dynamite returns to single picture. Knight rises to fire forearms on Cage, but Cage ROCKS Knight in return! Cage slingshots Knight into a facelock, for a SPIRALING SUPLEX! Cover, TWO!
Knight survives and Cage is frustrated, but Cage decides to write Knight off. Cage drags Knight up, reels him in, and suplexes, DRILL- NO, Knight slips free to waistlock. But Cage ELBOWS Knight, whips, but Knight jumps up! SATELLITE- NO, Cage goes for ropes! Knight HOTSHOTS Cage for it! Then Knight springboards back in, MISSILE DROPKICK! The fans fire up while both men are down! A standing count starts while the fans rally up. Cage goes to a corner but he runs up on Knight. Knight bobs ‘n’ weaves, fires off shots, then fires a flurry of haymakers! But Cage grabs and TOSSES Knight to a corner!
Cage runs up, Knight dodges, and Knight runs back in. Knight ducks ‘n ‘dodges, FLAPJACK DROPKICK! The fans fire up as Cage bails out! Knight builds speed and FLIES! Cage catches him?!? The fans go nuts as Cage lifts, but Knight RANAS Cage into POST! The fans cheer as Knight hurries to get space. Knight runs, goes up the apron, and LEAPING LARIATS! Down goes Cage! The fans fire up with Knight, he puts Cage in the ring, and he hurries up the corner. Archer creeps up, but Bailey SUPERKICKS him! The fans cheer, but Cage CLUBS Knight! Cage then climbs up, and he deadlift SUPERPLEXES! Cover, TWO!
The fans fire up as Knight survives, but Archer guzels Bailey! Bailey fights free of the choke slam to mule kick Archer! Cage runs up, but Bailey springboards to ARIHARA MOONSAULT! Down goes the Murderhawk Monster! knight springboards, Cage dodges, but Knight leaps the discus lariat! SATELLITE DDT finally lands! Cover, TWO!! Cage survives and Knight is beside himself! Knight hurries to run in at the corner, but Cage ELBOWS him away! Cage goes up, but into the UPPER- NO! Cage stops the rana! Cage YANKS Knight up to the top, for a SUPER- UPPER ROOM!! AEW reveals the Men’s Owen Hart Memorial Tournament Brackets!
This year’s tournaments will go through Double or Nothing, and the finals will coincide with Forbidden Door 2026 on Sunday, June 28th in San Jose, California! The winner of each tournament will then challenge for THE AEW World Championship and AEW Women’s World Championships on August 30th at All In: London! And so, for the opening round, it will be: “Jungle” Jack Perry VS Mark Davis; Claudio Castagnoli VS Brody King; then Double or Nothing has both Samoa Joe VS Will Ospreay, and Swerve Strickland VS Bandido!

We’ve seen the Aerial Assassin training with The Death Riders, he’s won gold with his old friends in The United Empire, and now he’s about to face a dangerous man at Double or Nothing. Will Ospreay be more than ready for Samoa Joe after tonight? Or will he fail to even get past The Inevitable?
The bell rings and the fans cheer Ospreay as he stares down with Ace. Ospreay offers a handshake, Ace accepts, and the fans cheer the sportsmanship. They circle, tie up, and Ospreay wrenches to wristlock. Ace rolls, handsprings, and wrenches, but Ospreay rolls, kips up, and wrenches back. Ospreay hammerlocks, Ace rolls to kip up and wrench to then armlock. Ospreay endures the grind, fights around, and he arm-drags Ace down. Ace endures, fights around, and rises up. Ace shoots through to waistlock but Ospreay switches. Ospreay hits the headlock takeover, Ace headscissors, but Ospreay kips free.
The fans cheer the standoff, and the two reset. They feel things out, knuckle lock, and go shoulder to shoulder in a Test of Strength. The fans rally as Ace pushes Ospreay back. Ace has Ospreay down for a knuckle lock cover, ONE as Ospreay gets his arm up. Ace pushes it down, cover, ONE as Ospreay gets the other arm up. Ace tries again, ONE as Ospreay bridges! Ace jumps up, but Ospreay holds the bridge! That training truly pays off! Ace jumps, Ospreay gets him for a MONKEY FLIP! The fans fire up as Ospreay then arm-drags! That might’ve been Ospreay’s first win by submission ever! He signals that his neck is no longer a problem, and he shows Ace respect for that fight. Ace accepts the handshake again, and Ospreay is moving on towards Double or Nothing with a great amount of momentum. But wait! SAMOA JOE is here! He and The Opps walk out on stage, and with mic in hand, Joe says, “Ospreay, Ospreay… OSPREAY, OSPREAY!” Joe is clearly mocking the chants for Ospreay, and the fans give genuine chanting and even singing in return. Joe says he just wanted to make sure Ospreay was listening, because these past few weeks, it seemed like Ospreay had a hard time hearing him.
Despite Ospreay’s best efforts, fate has put them on a collision course in the opening round of the Owen Hart Cup. The fans like the sound of that! Joe say she is here for one reason and one reason alone. He wants to speak about choices and consequences. Ospreay could’ve made the right choice and get a bye in this tournament, because that is what Joe would do for one of his friends. But Ospreay chose poorly. He could’ve been with the team that would do nothing but support and enhance Ospreay, but he decided to be a lapdog for Moxley and the Death Riders. The fans boo, Ospreay says he’s not a Death Rider.
Joe says Ospreay has made his choice, and come Double or Nothing, Joe makes Ospreay suffer the consequences. But Joe leaves Ospreay in peace tonight, for he has his date with destiny. But unfortunately, Joe’s friends, Katsuyori Shibata & Anthony Bowens, still feel slighted, and he doesn’t put leashes on his friends. Shibata & Bowens storm down the ramp, Ospreay ready to fight them both if he has to. But then The Death Riders appear! Ospreay may not have officially joined the club, but the Death Riders aren’t going to let their investment go to waste! The Opps say they’re #NeverLacking, but that doesn’t seem to be the case now!
Shibata & Bowens back down while Moxley, Marina, Claudio, Yuta, Garcia & Pac all step up to support Ospreay. Joe says, “Soon. Soon.” The fans cheer the Death Riders, or at least Moxley, but Bowens promises Joe is gonna kill you, Ospreay! The dream match for Double or Nothing is on, but will the training with The Death Riders make Ospreay the new King of Harts?

Konosuke could be heading into Double or Nothing as a- Callis stops Renee there to say Konosuke will be heading into Double or Nothing as a DOUBLE champion! But then MJF steps in, apologizes for the interruption but says Renee’s doing a great job. The Scumbag tells Konosuke that while it’s been a minute since the two of them have talked, three years actually, back when MJF beat him… MJF has seen Konosuke develop into truly one of the best wrestlers in the world!
MJF believes that tonight, Konosuke beats Darby for the title, goes to DON to beat Okada, and MJF can’t think of a better match than Konosuke VS MJF Part 2 for the world title. How’s that sound? MJF offers a handshake, Konosuke shakes his hand, but in Japanese, Konosuke tells MJF that he’ll beat the crap out of him. Thankfully, MJF doesn’t know Japanese. Callis says that was a nice pep talk MJF just gave, and MJF says yes, he knows. That kid needs to win, okay? MJF can’t let Darby turn him into some disgusting, bald freak! No offense, Callis looks great. But look, there is only one foolproof way to know MJF won’t be put in that situation.
So if things get hairy… MJF hands over the Dynamite Diamond Ring! Callis smiles, and say she understands what to do with it. But then in steps Andrade. El Idolo takes off his hat to shake out his amazing head of hair, and smiles at MJF. MJF frowns and leaves. Callis says here’s the deal: Takeshita will bring the world title home to the Don Callis Family tonight! Andrade asks, “How you know?” Callis says aye dios mio, he seriously doesn’t know where Andrade learned English. Andrade says one way or another, the next time, that will be HIS title. Callis says yes, he knows, it’s all good. Callis is a man of many talents, but will his family be dripping with gold thanks to a diamond ring?

Champions from around the world are gathering for this tournament, but who will be headed to Forbidden Door, and then All In: London?

It doesn’t matter who it is, they’re getting their shot, but the thing is… They still haven’t decided on which two will be. Kyle says Cassidy & Roddy should go for the gold, but Roddy shouts, “KYYYLE~! Thank you.” Kyle says of course. But that’s cuz he’s got gold to chase for himself!
The same man that put Kyle on the shelf for months is the man that Kyle submitted twice, and will submit again. Jon Moxley, Continental Champion, when are we doing this? Willow says speaking of gold, she is still the TBS Champion. But she is also in the Owen Hart Cup. She won this tournament before, she’ll do it all over again, so that she can have all the gold for herself at All In: London. She knows she can, and she will! Then Conglomeration has it all in order? Cassidy says hold on, there’s something missing. They should do a Word of the Day. Why haven’t they done one in so long? Roddy shouts for “MAAARK~!” And yes, Mark Briscoe returns!
The Sussex County Chicken is all fired up, and he says the Word of the day is reunification! For Mark Briscoe is back with his boys and his girls, The Conglomeration! But he’ll put this plain and simple: Tommaso Ciampa! Next Wednesday, Briscoe’s after your ass, son! You hear him? But before that, Saturday Night Collision is in HIS hometown, Salisbury, Maryland! That’s just 4.4 miles from where Briscoe originated on this earth! They’re gonna conglomerate and it’s gonna be a a hell of a time! Are you ready!? Willow and Kyle are fired up, Briscoe goes wild, and the team heads out. Cassidy admits, that was a lot of yelling.

With the news of both the AEW Women’s World Championship Fatal 4 Way for Double or Nothing, and the Owen Hart Cup brackets, this trios match is about much more than just settling scores! Will the Shining Samurai be just as sharp as Jamie Hayter going into that title match? Or will Thekla, Skye Blue & Julia Hart continue to bring them down by any means necessary?
The trios sort out and Jamie steps up against Thekla as both a rematch from their 1v1 title match, and a preview of what’s to come in the next. They circle, but then Skye CLOBBERS Jamie! Julia steps in, but so do Shida and Windsor! The Triangle throws hands on Shida & The Birds, then triple whip. But all three reverse, a BOOT for Thekla, a DDT for Skye, and a BACKBREAKER for Julia! The fans cheer as The Triangle bails out! Shida goes out to keep after Skye while Windsor goes after Julia. Jamie gets Thekla back in the ring while Shida and Windsor have the Sisters of Sin in the corners of the barriers. The fans cheer as they all rain down fists!
Windsor, Jamie & Shida all go to nine, then wind up for TEN! The fans cheer again while Thekla sputters. Jamie snap suplexes, but Skye ROCKS Shida! Jamie stomps Thekla, Windsor SLAMS Julia off barriers, and Jamie stomps a mudhole in the corner. The ref counts, Jamie lets off, but Skye and Windsor meet while tightrope walking the barriers! Skye and Windsor trade shots, they wobble a bit, then Skye DECKS Windsor! Skye keeps from falling into the crowd, but Jamie gets her! Windsor joins in and the Birds double gorilla press, SNAKE EYES off the apron! The fans fire up, but Thekla is up top! SUPER CROSSBODY onto The Birds!

Thekla stomps Windsor, CLUBS Jamie, then helps Skye. But Shida runs up, only for Thekla to ELBOW her down! The Triangle has control again, they ROCK Jamie and Shida and Windsor, then send them all to the desk. The Triangle CHOP again and again and again! Then they wind up, but feint chops to SMACK all three off the apron! The Triangle soaks up the cheers and jeers before putting Jamie back in the ring. Thekla brings Jamie up, snapmares her down, then basement SUPERKICKS! Cocky cover, TWO! Thekla drags Jamie to the corner, tags Julia, and Julia runs up to LARIAT! Then she goes side to side to ELBOW Jamie down!
Julia snapmares Jamie to a cover, TWO! Julia is annoyed but she rains down fists. The ref reprimands, Julia stops, but then she sucker punches Windsor! And Shida, too! Julia then drags Jamie over, bumps her off buckles, and tags in Skye. Skye stomps Jamie around, then digs her boot in! The ref counts, Skye stops at 4, then she brings Jamie up. Jamie fires forearms and CHOPS, but Skye THROWS Jamie down by her hair! The ref reprimands again but Skye rains down forearms. Skye snapmares Jamie, mule kicks her, then covers, TWO! Skye whips Jamie into Julia’s grasp, and Skye BLASTS Shida & Windsor while Julia tags Thekla. Julia has Jamie in the TARANTULA, and Skye sends Windsor in for Thekla’s HANGING HEADSCISSORS! Skye runs up to DOUBLE SHOTGUN The Birds! The fans are torn but Thekla says that’s how the Triangle does it, baby! Thekla then aims to MISSILE- NO, Jamie gest under! Thekla lands out, but Jamie BOOTS her down! Jamie looks at Shida, Shida is hesitant, but Shida tags in! The fans cheer as Shida sends Theknla to the corner, then JUMP KNEES! Shida keeps moving, she BLASTS Skye! Julia ROCKS Shida back!
Julia storms in but Shida kicks her and whips her into Thekla! Shida KNEES them both in the corner! Then Shida puts Thekla sideways in the corner, reels Julia in, and she snap suplexes Julia into Thekla! The fans fire up as Shida then suplexes Thekla high and hard! Cover, TWO! Cover, but The Birds CLOBBER The Sisters of Sin onto it! The fans fire up a Windsor DECKS Skye and Jamie HEADBUTTS Julia! The Birds drag Shida to safety, Windsor tags in, and she CLOBBERS Thekla! Windsor CLUBS away, then fires the fans up. Jamie steps in, BOOT RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP COMBO! Basement LARIAT! And then Windsor lifts! Jamie runs up, but Skye trips Jamie! The fans boo but Skye sends Jamie into steel steps!
Thekla sends Windsor into buckles! Tag to Julia before Shida runs up, TAMASHII KNEE on Thekla! Skye SUPERKICKS Shida! Jamie is back to clinch and HAYTBREAKER! Julia runs up, slips around, SOLE FOOD! Julia kips up, but Windsor is there to whip Julia to ropes! Skye tags in before the SPINEBUSTER! Skye SUPERKICKS Windsor, then brings her up! Skye hops on, CODE- NO, Windsor pops free! The Toxic Spider doesn’t care about this win, she just wants to do damage! Skye gets Windsor in a DRAGON SLEEPER! The ref stops Thekla from sing the title belt again, so Thekla just takes off her own belt! And she LASHES Windsor while Skye holds her down! More refs rush out here, but Julia MISTS the newbie in the face! Julia stomps away on Jamie, not caring about fines or consequences, either! The fans boo, and Shida is bailing on the Birds? Shida cares more about her chances in that Fatal 4 Way than anything else. But then Willow, Mina, and even Thunder Rosa rush out here! They chase The Triangle off with belts of their own!
The fans cheer as The Babe, the Fighting Gravure Idol & La Mera Mera save the day. But will Jamie make sure Thekla and Shida pay for this at Double or Nothing?
AEW World Championship: Darby Allin VS Konosuke Takeshita!
They say “card subject to change,” and that is true even for the best in the world. Kazuchika Okada’s real family takes priority, but his Don Callis Family brother was more than happy to step up for this opportunity. Will The Alpha already have two belts by the time he and The Rainmaker battle over the International Championship? Or will Darby truly be relentless in his pursuit of being the best fighting champion in AEW history?
The introductions are made, THE belt is raised, and we see who goes to Double or Nothing on top!
Callis joins commentary to say that while Darby’s been breaking his own body, Konosuke has perfected “rejuvenation training,” aka relaxing on a beach and sipping sake! The bell rings, and Darby SHOTGUNS Konosuke out! Then Darby DIVES, but Konosuke catches him! Konosuke POSTS Darby, then THROWS him into railing! Konosuke THROWS Darby into the ring, the fans fire up for both guys, and Konosuke hurries to BOOT Darby off the apron! Darby falls in front of commentary but Konosuke gets him right back in the ring. Cover, ONE!! The fans rally as Darby shows his grit, but Konosuke snarls.
Konosuke drags Darby up, Darby fires forearms, but the ALPHA ELBOW knocks Darby down! The fans fire up while Konosuke looms over Darby. Konosuke stands Darby up, and THROWS him into a corner! Darby bounces off the buckles and is bleeding from the mouth already! Konosuke stands Darby up, hoists him up top, then he climbs up after him. But Darby BITES Konosuke, CLUBS him down, and leaps for a CROSSBODY, but he bounces off Konosuke! The fans fire up again as Konosuke whips Darby for a BACKDROP! Konosuke goes out after Darby but Darby SMACKS him! Konosuke KNEES low, KNEES him again and again and again! Konosuke KNEES Darby against the barriers, then refreshes the count. Konosuke whips Darby hard into railing! Darby sputters as he leans against the railing, but Konosuke positions the steel steps. Konosuke then fetches Darby, lines up a shot, but Darby fights the suplex! Darby CLAWS Konosuke’s back, then fires a shot. Konosuke DECKS Darby in return! Darby slumps against the steps, Konosuke runs up, but Darby dodges! Konosuke’s knees hit the steps and he tumbles over! Darby then runs up the steps to SHOTGUN Konosuke down!
The fans fire up while both men are down on the floor! Konosuke checks his knee before he crawls around, and Darby gets in the ring so he can build speed! Darby DIVES! Direct hit on Konosuke but Darby’s the one who hits the desk! The fans fire up while both men are down again, but Darby rises up to get Konosuke on the apron! Darby fires forearms, then goes up a corner! COFFIN- NO, Konosuke catches him for a SUPER BLUE THUNDER BOMB to the floor!! The fans go nuts again and Callis says that’s the end of Darby Allin, but Dynamite goes picture in picture.
The ref hurries to check Darby but Callis tells Doc Sampson to call it. Darby is somehow still in this, so Konosuke storms his way over. Konosuke drags Darby up, puts him in the ring, then paces around him. Konosuke runs the ropes to LARIAT! Darby flips inside-out, Konosuke covers him, TWO!! Darby still has fight inside but he’s also dazed. Konosuke clamps onto Darby with a chinlock and squeezes tight. Darby endures, even as Konosuke leans on him with his much-taller frame. Darby reaches out, fights around, and rises up, only for Konosuke to CANADIAN RACK BOMB! Darby sputters all over again while Dynamite returns to single picture.
Konosuke sits back as he watches Darby crawl to the apron. Konosuke storms his way over, but Darby RAMS low! Slingshot sunset flip, but Konosuke rolls through! Only for Darby to kick the legs out! Darby catches Konosuke to a GUILLOTINE! Konosuke endures the squeeze, fights up to his feet, and he powers out to THROW Darby! Darby lands out, fires shots, and RAMS low! Darby then hops on, but Konosuke stops Code Red! Konosuke swings Darby around, tucks him in, BASTARD DRIVER! And WHEELBARROW GERMAN! The fans fire up and Callis says that’s true power! Darby sputters again and Konosuke vows to end this.
Konosuke runs corner to corner, HELLUVA KICK!! Then he hoists Darby up top, climbs up after him, and goes to the very top! The fans freak out already for the SUPER DUPER GERMAN SUPLEX!! Bridging cover, TWO!!! Callis is freaking out as much as the fans, and he protests the count! Konosuke is furious, but he aims for the WAGAMAMA KNEE!!! Cover, TWO?!?! Darby survives by nanoseconds, and Konosuke is beside himself! “This is Awesome!” but now CLØN rushes out here! He distracts the ref, and Callis hurries to take the Dynamite Diamond Ring off his finger to put it in Konosuke’s hands! Konosuke thinks about it, but The Alpha has honor!
The fans cheer as Konosuke wants to do this his way! But then Darby runs up, cradles, TWO!! Konosuke escapes, ALPHA ELBOW!! Darby is down, dazed, but still moving! Konosuke drags Darby up again, goes back to the corner and back to the top rope. The fans hope these two “FIGHT FOREVER!” but it has to end somehow! Darby fights against the lift with headlock punches! Then he hops on, SUPER CODE RED!! Konosuke staggers up, Darby leg scissors, steps through, LAST SUPPER!! TWO?!?! Konosuke escapes again, then bails out! So Darby just goes up top! SUPER COFFIN DROP!! Direct hit and both men are down again!
The fans are thunderous as Konosuke and Darby stir. A ring count climbs, Callis complains that some people just gotta follow directions and run the play! Coach Callis pulled Konosuke outta obscurity, Konosuke would do anything! Now he’s got some gold, some fame, and gets a mind of his own! Callis complaining aside, the ring count is climbing! Darby drags himself in at 9, but Konosuke YANKS him back out! That refreshes the count, and Konosuke vows to end this for real now. Konosuke points to the steel steps, and he drags Darby up onto them with a deadlift RAGING- NO, Darby knees Konosuke, turns things around, and FULL METAL SCORPION DEATH DROP!!!
The fans go nuts again while Konosuke writhes! Konosuke flops off the steps, Darby crawls into the ring, and Darby just climbs the corner again! SUPER DUPER COFFIN DROP!!! Konosuke might be unconscious! Darby still hauls Konosuke into the ring, pushes him to a cover, TWO?!?!? Konosuke survives and Darby is furious! But Darby just reloads, COFFIN DROP but onto knees!!! Ghost pin, TWO!!! Darby escapes but the WAGAMAMA KNEE finds him!! Konosuke hauls Darby up, but Darby pops free! Trip, step through, and SCORPION DEATH LOCK!!! Konosuke endures, reaches out, but Darby sits deep!!
Callis says don’t even think about it! Konosuke almost does, but he bites his own thumb to ignore the pain in his back! Konosuke reaches out, crawls his way forward, and he fights to the ROPEBREAK!!! But Darby is right up top! COFFION DROP on the back!! Then Darby goes right back up, COFFIN DROP again!!! Cover, DARBY WINS!!
Winner: Darby Allin, by pinfall (still AEW World Champion)
Callis is steaming, but Darby overcomes Konosuke to avenge that loss in the Continental Classic! But it also took so much out of him just to do it! Darby still asks for a mic and one is brought to him. Darby sits up against the ropes, has them cut his music, and he tells MJF to get his ass out here! There’s a contract MJF needs to sign! The ring crew hurries to bring in a table and some chairs for that very contract signing, and MJF makes his entrance. MJF reluctantly makes his way down the ramp, and both men meet at the table. Darby grins with blood still in hiss teeth, and he signs his part of the contract without hesitation, unlike MJF.
The fans already chant “BALD! BALD! BALD!” at MJF, and Darby pushes the contract to his side of the table. MJF grabs the pen, reaches out, but then steps away. MJF scratches his chin as he thinks on this, and the fans just chant, “BALD! BALD! BALD!” again. MJF takes a mic to say he’ll explain something to Darby, looking like he has rabies. But see, MJF is happy for Darby, he hopes Darby’s had fun holding MJF’s AEW World Championship. The fans boo that, but MJF says deep down, there is a small part of him, like the size of a North Carolinian p*nis small. That small part of MJF feels bad for Darby, because he’ll never hold this again!
Darby’s got about a good a chance of holding this title as Hangman Adam Page does again. MJF says guys like Darby are a dime a dozen, here today and gone tomorrow, stuntmen who burn the candle at both ends. In this life, people like all these fans here like to pretend that life is about making friends and family and children. The only thing that matters in life is your legacy. And Darby’s legacy will be that of the kid who had his 15 minutes of fame. They’ll pretend like Darby made a lasting impact, but the fact of the matter is, he hasn’t. He hasn’t! They’ll know deep down that Darby Allin was just a little pr*ck who got lucky.
They’ll know that Darby was too reckless and stupid to stay on top. And after May 24th, Double or Nothing, in that sh*thole of Queens, New York, y’know what MJF’s legacy will be? He’ll go down as the guy who became a THREE-TIME World Champion at just 30 years of age, unprecedented in this sport. And MJF will go down, when it’s all said and done, as the Greatest of All Time! THAT is the difference between them! Darby Allin brags about climbing a mountaintop. But when it comes to professional wrestling, Maxwell Jacob Friedman IS the mountaintop! The fans boo but MJF soaks it up. Darby tells MJF to SHUT UP!
Only someone like MJF who is so vain would think that the number one most important thing in this world is his legacy. Darby doesn’t care about legacy, he cares about living in the moment! And in this moment, Darby just wants MJF to sign the contract. Then at Double or Nothing, Darby makes Maxwell Jacob Friedman a BALLD HEADED B*TCH!! MJF frowns but the fans cheer that! MJF grabs the pen again, and with no choice, he signs on the dotted line! Then he TACKLES Darby! The fans boo as MJF beats up Darby after the war he went through with Konosuke! MJF CHUCKS an armchair outta the ring, FLIPS the table, then picks up his Dynamite Diamond Ring.
MJF puts the ring on his finger like always, then winds up to DECK Darby!! The fans boo but MJF just soaks it all up. MJF throws off his jacket, picks up the belt, and he stands over Darby with it. But then MJF isn’t done with Darby, he puts Darby on the top rope! MJF climbs up to join him, and drags Darby into position! But wait! Kevin Knight runs out here to chase MJF off! The Jet still owes The Scumbag a receipt, but it seems we’ll all have to wait on that. Will MJF still take back the title at Double or Nothing? Or will Darby keep the belt and take MJF’s dignity?
My Thoughts:
An awesome episode for Dynamite as things heat up towards Double or Nothing. Awesome 10 Man Tag to open, great win for the Faces, not that it added much to FTR VS C&C. Good promo from Jericho to look back on Stadium Stampede and hype up this year’s match. Good promo from The Demand with Davis and The Dogs, and I suppose this maximizes the feuds as well as the alliances throughout the locker room. Who knows who wins but the match will still be awesome, just as the original was. Good promo from Conglomeration, too, Cassidy & Roddy going after FTR while Kyle VS Moxley happens on the side, that’s great stuff.
Speaking of Moxley, great promo from him and Ospreay. Moxley’s semi-turn has really brought out his sage philosophical side. Great match from Ospreay VS Ace, and while Ospreay could always bring out his aggression, seeing him use more technical wrestling and even winning with a submission is good stuff. Good promo from Joe, and I liked Death Riders backing Ospreay up. Very good Owen Hart Cup brackets this year, Joe VS Ospreay is a great choice given this story, but I would think Ospreay wins that one. Good promo from Jack Perry to call out Davis, and I suppose Jack can win in the Owen Cup to then move on from the National title.
Great seeing Brian Cage back, he gave Knight an awesome match, but with JetSpeed wanting to go on a Two Man Power Trip, it makes sense Kevin won out. Same for Bailey beating Westbrook, even though Westbrook maybe went too hard on his own acrobatic escape. Great stuff in the Six Woman Tag, and I appreciate Shida didn’t ditch until after the match. Willow, Mina & Rosa might get their own Six Woman Tag with Triangle of Madness after that interaction, but also can’t wait to see if Willow can go back-to-back as Queen of Harts. For that matter, I personally would love to see Athena use the Owen Cup to move on from being ROH Women’s World Champion, but that depends on how Supercard of Honor goes this Friday.
And of course, another wild instant classic from Darby as he overcomes Takeshita. I knew the diamond ring would come into play with that reverse effect, good way of protecting Takeshita in the loss. Good stuff with MJF tonight, too, such as the opening segment’s parade of bald men to send the message to MJF. That was also a unique contract signing segment in that it came together so quickly after the main event match. Good stuff from MJF as always, and of course he attacks Darby. I feel like either Knight should not have made the save, or both parts of JetSpeed should’ve made the save. It just seems odd that only Knight cared about saving Darby. The closing moment was much better when it was MJF standing over Darby with the belt.
