The third season of Musical Chairs comes to a conclusion this week. Along the way, the guys realized that the upcoming NHL season was starting earlier than they anticipated. The only logical solution? A mega-sized combo Episode of Musical Chairs & Hockey Talk! For the season finale of Musical Chairs, Dave discusses Yellowcard, one of his personal favorites, and one of the few power-punk bands to feature a violin. The boys from Jacksonville have been around a long-time and just released a new EP. Patrick then enlightens us on “Weird Al” Jankovic. “Weird Al” is commonly remembered for his tremendous parody videos of massive hits. But, as Patrick teaches us, there is quite a bit more to this uniquely talented musician than what meets the eye. Then, it is on to Hockey Talk as the fellas tell us the stories they are most interested in as the new season begins….and lament the fact that their beloved Blues & Capitals are unlikely to light the hockey world on fire this year.

This week’s Bandwagon Nerds is loaded with drama, intrigue, action, and a healthy dose of irony. We cover the season finale of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. In the explosive finale to a tremendous season, things progress from the courtroom to a desperate fight for survival for all involved, which does not end up the way anyone thought it would. What does this all mean for Season 3? Meanwhile, over on The Boys, Episode 6 of the show’s final season had its own massive Womp Womp moment as Soldier Boy makes a shocking choice that will resonate throughout the remaining two episodes. An extended visit to the Trailer Park takes a look at the latest for The Odyssey, The Burroughs, Tony, and Power Ballad. Joe Russo had an interesting take on spoilers, and Matt Reeves gave us our first look at The Batman 2. All that plus we pay our respect to Ted Turner.
