*SPOILERS* NXT Television Tapings Tonight At Full Sail For June-July
After some lengthy time on the road as WWE NXT was overseas for Download Fest recently, Chicago for TakeOver this past Saturday and then back across the pond for Monday and Tuesday’s newly rebranded NXT UK tapings. Tonight, WWE’s third brand was back at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida for its next set of television tapings to be show through the end of June into late-July.
Per usual, it’s not known if the events are taped in the same order they will air on the WWE Network, however here are the results courtesy of @MrJacobCohen on Twitter:
- Fabian Aichner defeated Raul Mendoza (dark match)
- Moment of silence in memory of Vader
- NXT Champion Aleister Black comes out for a promo, but gets interrupted by Tommaso Ciampa who wants a shot at the title
- Kona Reeves defeated Max Humberto
- Candice LeRae defeated Lacey Evans
- NXT Tag Team Champions Mustache Mountain vs. Dave Dixon & Carl Axelrod never gets started as The Undisputed Era takes out Dixon & Axelrod. They then turn to take out the champions, but Ricochet comes out for the save.
- The Undisputed Era defeated Mustache Mountain & Ricochet
- Dakota Kai defeated Santana Garrett
- NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler comes out for a promo, reminding us nobody can defeat her
- The Mighty vs. Heavy Machinery is scheduled, however Otis Dozovic says Tucker Knight is injured and he wants a handicap match instead (Real news is that Tucker’s girlfriend/wife actually gave birth to their first child tonight)
- The Mighty defeated Otis Dozovic
- Kairi Sane defeated Vanessa Borne, Kairi then says she’s ready to get her “treasure” of the NXT Women’s Championship
- The Velveteen Dream defeated Dijak, EC3 makes his way out after to confront Velveteen, but The Dream backs away
- Johnny Gargano defeated EC3
- Adam Cole defeated Danny Burch
- Lacey Evans defeated Dakota Kai
- Kassius Ohno defeated unnamed opponent
- NXT Women’s Title #1 Contender’s Triple Threat: Kairi Sane defeated Candice LeRae & Nikki Cross, will face Shayna Baszler at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn
- NXT Tag Team Championship: The Undisputed Era defeated Mustache Mountain to win back the titles, Tyler Bate threw in the towel after Trent Seven got held in a leg lock for an extended period of time
