WWE News: RAW Tag Title #1 Contenders Now Confirmed
As was announced last week on Monday Night RAW by General Manager Kurt Angle, tonight’s episode of the red brand from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas featured a Tag Team Battle Royal where the winners would receive a RAW Tag Team Championship Match at Money In The Bank against The Deleters Of Worlds, Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt.
The champions came out to issue a warning before Titus Worldwide, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, Heath Slater and Rhyno, The Revival, Breezango and The Ascension all looked to stake their claim at a title opportunity. The action was fast and furious, getting underway immediately at the bell, even before Jojo could officially announce the stipulation.
The favorites to win, Ziggler and McIntyre, were surprisingly eliminated early when Tyler Breeze sent ‘The Show Off’ packing, however everyone suffered a beat down after as Dolph and Drew took out their frustrations. In the end, the final four remaining were Heath Slater, Rhyno and The B-Team. ‘The Man Beast’ was in a precarious position on the apron, but Heath was able to turn the tide and get Dallas in position for the elimination. However, Slater swung Bo’s legs into Rhyno, sending him crashing to the floor and giving The B-Team the victory. They will challenge Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt at Money In The Bank on June 17th from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois:
