Braun Strowman is getting his match against Baron Corbin at WWE TLC!

Tonight’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW from the Staples Center in Los Angeles (check out Mitchell’s Live RAW Report) kicked off with Acting General Manager Baron Corbin introducing Commissioner Stephanie McMahon, celebrating the red brand’s domination of SmackDown Live last night at Survivor Series.

As Stephanie discussed the events of last night, Corbin would remind her that she promised to consider making his position a little more permanent if they won. Unfortunately for Baron, this was also a reminder of promises made to another Superstar, prompting Braun Strowman to march down to the ring looking to get what he’s now owed.

Stephanie would hold true to her word, announcing that Strowman and Corbin will go one-on-one at TLC on December 16th, but there would be a couple of caveats. ‘The Monster Among Men’ had also been promised a shot at Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and he’ll get it at the Royal Rumble in January, granted he can defeat Baron. As for ‘The Lone Wolf’, Stephanie would inform him that his position as General Manager would be permanent should he win, however a loss would mean removal of all his authority.

On top of all of that, Braun also had earned the right to select what type of match he will have against Corbin as Stephanie previously agreed he wouldn’t be held liable for what he would to Baron. With so much on the line, ‘The Monster Among Men’ would proclaim they will face-off in the pay-per-view’s namesake match, Tables, Ladders and Chairs.
