Sidney Akeem Says He’s Close to Signing with AEW/Ring of Honor
Former WWE talent Sidney Akeem, best known to fans as Reggie, says he’s working to secure a contract with AEW or Ring of Honor after departing WWE in 2024. Akeem has been active on the independent scene since his release and is positioning himself for the next phase of his career.
In a recent appearance on the Rewind Recap Relive podcast, Akeem revealed he’s currently in the middle of negotiations and believes he’s close to finalizing a deal with AEW/ROH. The potential move would reunite him with a larger national audience and offer new opportunities to showcase his in-ring style.
